You and I are not going to solve it here...that's for sure. While more churches than not come down on the side of Baby's Rights, this is not in and of itself a religious issue. You can choose to like it or not...you can understand it or not....but that's how our country was constructed to work. It's a bit messy for sure, but most countries have similar oddities that others find a bit nutty.
