If you are at work, your employer has the right to control your behavior, publicly funded space or not.  Public funding has nothing to do with it.  It's simply not a Constitutional Right to kneel during an NFL game.  period.  

 

Employer policy also does not implicate Constitutional Rights.  If an employer wants to fire you for it, the employer has every right to do so.  An employer could also say, "I hate that shirt, your fired," despite not having a policy against shirts your boss does not like.

There is no Constitutional right of freedom of speech in the workplace.  It is well settled Constitutional law that it is not protected.  FYI.

Where is the Policy from the NFL that allows Collusion to blackball players. 

 

Then again just see all the People you are fine with on the roster over someone protesting social injustice

That is only true in some states.  Most states, these days, are known as "just cause" states or have other exceptions where you can't get fired for things like that any longer.  "Employment at Will" states as you describe are becoming more and more sparse.

You have no idea how much Kap and his agent have been demanding for salary and/or starting position

I could not care less if we sign him or Colin or anyone.  I'm just telling you the fact of what the law is my friend.

That's bending the truth a little. Plenty of states are "right to work" states and it is very easy to fire someone as long as you have even a small reason.
