They have to be proven guilty to be convicted. Law is about what you can prove, not what you know. We all know OJ is a murderer, but the prosecution failed to prove it without a reasonable doubt. You can know something and still struggle to prove it to a level of criminal conviction. But this is not currently a criminal trial, this is a topic of discussion where people form thoughts and opinions based on whats available. There has been pretty much nothing, and i doubt mccoy and his friends are master criminals who are capable of the perfect crime. The constant pr battle and posturing for money make the victim here look bad (as well as the morphed story) Im not even a "protect the bills at all costs" guy. What am I correct about? I didn't say he is guilty...I said that its simply too soon to say he is or isnt involved in this. And you can absolutely say these women are out to get something from McCoy, its entirely plausible...just like its plausible he was involved...or that its plausible that its BOTH. I mean, you do realize that right? Its very plausible that DC is, and has been, trying to get things out of McCoy and he took an extreme measure in response. Wouldn't be the first time an athlete made a poor decision. As for me, between the Party Bus incident, the nightclub incident, the way Shady tweeted about his babymomma ("Dirty alley girl") when his son was young and failed to support them initially, I'm at "where there's smoke there's fire" and ready to say Shady's looking pretty scummy.
