This may be the point they let Croom and Thomas battle it out, in order to do so O’Leary takes a step back to let it happen. After this week, I’d bet O’Leary goes back to working with the 1s and 2s, while either Thomas or Croom goes to the 3s. There you will see the writing on the wall. atlbillsfan1975 Posted August 13, 2018 Share Posted August 13, 2018 I am not sure how to say this but when I watch Nick it’s like he is from the 50’s. From his wardrobe to his speed. Nick makes some nice catches but he just has very little speed and moves to escape defenders. Nick’s size hamper him in blocking. O'Leary is a below-average NFL tight end who is unlikely to get better considering his lack of physical attributes.
