It's probably Barkley but also could be Chubb. Some people criticized the Jets for giving up too much to take the Colts spot. But it seems to me that it has worked out well for them. They are well positioned to come out of this draft with a high end qb prospect regardless what other teams do. Assuming that Darnold is off the board I think the Bills are targeting Rosen. They don't come close to the amount of capital Beane has in his arsenal with accumulated picks. Beane has even said they'd give up the '19 #1 for the right guy. This is different with his number 1 job of acquiring a potential franchise QB. Not the same calculation with veteran free agency under a cap crunch.
