Similar game to the Panthers incoming IMO. Defensive, field position battle. Likely under 35 total points, but I wouldn't be surprised by under 30. In one week the Bengals became better than the Broncos and Falcons. Is it because people really think they are that good or because people expect the Bills to turn back into pumpkins eventually? It's the pumpkins thing. My thoughts have gone back and forth between the two camps all week and it's because deep down, I know that I expect the Bills to let me down, because they always do in games like this. The optimistic side of me is saying "They looked good against the Browns, but it's only the Browns. They looked good for the first half against the Packers, but they also came out with a "new look" offense that the Pack didn't have film on. Once halftime came and Capers made adjustments, they looked pretty bad again (125 yards, 3 pts after the half)" The pessimistic side of me is saying "Yeah but these are the games the Bills always lose. When you think there's good matchups (Bills DL vs Bengals OL, Bills run O vs Bengals run D) and they don't exploit them and they crap the bed." They may lose -- it's pretty much a coin flip -- but hanging the past 17 seasons on an entirely new organization is silly, particularly after watching the effort they've given so far this season.
