He does get doubled teamed on most plays and the jets only had 38 yds rushing so while he didnt make the highlight reel he probably did his job. No one could get any pressure, mccown was passing to quick

Yup. They feared the pass rush , and like you said, 38 yards passing, with that said, I personally expect more from Dareus because he is just super talented

You don't pay a guy $100M to soak up blockers like a 0-tech NT.

He seemed to be in there on first and second downs mostly, which we stuffed their run game up. Sure, maybe he's not earning his paycheck, but he's still easily our starting DT.

You should send a letter to McD to let him know what he's allowed to use his players for.

From what I saw today, Dareus was being single blocked on a lot of plays and was still minimally effective. Maybe his hip is still sore..........

Kyle Williams had a tremendous game. No comparison between him and Dareus today. 12th year and he was running all over the field like he was 25 years old. If he can stay healthy he can play another 2-3 years. Definitely the leader of the defense. As for Dareus he is out of shape and just a guy. (saw him sucking oxygen on the sidelines) Could easily see this being his last year w the Bills, if the light does not go on. He plays w absolutely no passion.

What a stupid-ass contract.

Not worth the problems or the $$....this is his last season unless he starts to consistently perform like he's paid.
