Bills Brass has it all worked out. The less explosive a player is the less chance they have at getting a serious injury.

This actually might be true. They say the number of knee and hamstring injuries are increasing because the athletes are bigger and stronger and faster and their bodies can't handle it. McBeane and the analytics dept might be ahead of the curve!

Funny but they did make changes on the conditioning team. Seems to be working tho, we dont have as many soft tissue injuries as the past few years

i wonder..... less explosive athletes actually can be counted on to be on the field all year... so good enough, but not TOO good, too crazy athletic may the way to go ? interesting
