Study: Millennials don't care about big jugs

Recommended Posts

Yeah... Those suburban Millennial Mamas don't play anymore... Like previous generations of women did. Oh, wait! ;-)

Easier for suburban dad to hide his Honda Odyssey in the mall parking lot across the street from Hooters than in The Tilted Kilt parking lot, that's for sure

Too funny!

That time @ Hooters, we won raffle, I was jumping through roof. They were raffling off a Harley "Fat Boy" too... I thought I won the bike, then they handed me a box of Hooters schit... Ah man, who am I kidding, wife would have sold that bike for the quick $$$$$$ ;-/

I am a BFLo fan... Always ends the same!

Boobs are excellent. Never dated a girl with small boobs for more than a couple rolls in the hay...get bored with them. WTF is wrong with these people? Hooters food sucks, BTW. Places like The Tilted Kilt that are similar but with better food are still thriving...is my understanding.

This was before better wings worked their way West. It was a wing desert man!

There was a place around here where the girls wore white shirts tied up like that and very short tartan skirts. The Tilted Kilt, maybe? Shut down a little while ago, didn't have a ton of customers. Of course, they put it smack dab in the middle of a suburb and not in an actual business/restaurant district.

Our TK shut down a few months ago also. It was in a bad spot, not visible from the street and hardly any signage. Went a couple times for lunch and the place was dead. Plus it seemed the waitresses were on the skanky side. They all had those side rib cage tattoos. Not my cup of tea. Rumor was they would waitress during the day and strip at night.

I just want to point out the way that some reporters incorrectly attribute cause-and-effect relationships based on correlation.

The author concludes that "breastaurants" aren't doing well because Millennials aren't interested in breasts, and she bases that assumption on the fact that they don't search for breasts on porn sites. But she also acknowledges that other casual restaurants are experiencing a similar slump:

"Part of Hooters' struggles are tied to the sales slump that hitting most sit-down causal dining chains. However, a lack of interest in waitresses' cleavage — especially when there are breastaurants like Twin Peaks promising more scandalous experiences elsewhere — likely isn't helping."

That's quite a meandering path to connect one piece of data with a conclusion about businesses. And to imply that in the title of the article - well, that's nothing but a click-bait tactic.

Like you are making some enlightened statement that we are all being played by these stories?

Of course your point up thread is obvious. This whole damn story is obvious. Its trash. It's entertainment.

Settle, lock man, I wasn't talking about you anyway.

She probably got rejected for a position at one of the restaurants when younger.

Not much different than the evaluations of cuts by Madden GMs - conclusions made to agree with preconceived conceptions.

I'd like to congratulate you on being the only person other than the author of the piece to take it seriously.

Never met a waitress that wouldn't strip at night if you got a couple drinks in her.
