They're pretty much built to succeed with any player they plug in. They'll only get better from here, and Gronk will be back soon. Then Brady... I get that the QB can get blindsided, etc. but the head injury issues that have consumed veteran players over the years seems to involve far more non-QB players than QBs. Seems like they're protecting the revenue generating players more than the ones who are actually getting hurt and then disguising it as caring.
