I hate to admit it, but Taylor sucks

Were you in the bathroom for his final play where he missed the first down by inches? Sure, would have been nice if he didn't have to recover his own fumble, and had made the first down. But, there was no lack of effort.

You mean the play where he actually fumbled the ball twice, after failing to work through his progressions?

Yeah. That was sensational.

If it wasn't for the moron on KC that tackled him towards the first down marker, he would have been 3 yards short. Either way, no first down, and unless there was room to spare, he should have thrown the ball.

He's just too light. Whenever a defender gets the slightest hand on him he just gets pushed away. I'm not in any way putting the loss solely on him, but he reminds me of a little kid out there. Or at best someone who's still in high school. On that play a bigger QB can push it inside on the defenders to get that extra yard Edited by JTSP

Wouldn't say he was bad today but he wasn't great. Many of Watkin's balls weren't great throws and Watkins had to make fantastic adjustments to make the grab. That being said, kudos to him for actually throwing the ball up to his best playmaker and letting him go get it. It's what we've been asking for and he did it today. I'd feel better if the balls were thrown better. He had a few horrible passes that should have been picked and struggles with what to do when his first option isn't open.

He doesn't suck and he wasn't great today. He made enough plays that the Bills should have won with a D that doesn't make the KC offense look like Brady and the Pats.

Had he been mediocre in the second half coulda pulled it out. It was ugly

Had the defense forced a punt in the second half, we coulda pulled it out. What's more realistic, expecting a single punt or our QB to throw more than 300 yards and 3 TD's?

Call it a day Joe. TT wasn't perfect, but he made enough plays to win. The rest of the team made enough to lose.

Taylor proved today that he just doesn't have what it takes to be the long term answer. It's harsh, but the results are the results. This game was winnable and they needed their QB to make big plays in the second half and he just couldn't do it. He was frozen in the pocket and could not make a decision on what to do before it was too late time and time and time again. IMO he's a very good backup QB in this league and I have little doubt the Bills will be trying hard to find a true starting QB this offseason.

Not his best game, but certainly not his worst either. Awful games by Rex, Crossman, Dan Carpenter, and a very injury depleted defense put him into positions in the second half which exposed all of his deficiencies.

Tyrod gets neither a game ball, nor a water-boarding after this game. He simply is what he is.

Right. And what he is is our best chance to win.

Taylor was fine. It's unconscionable not to get the ball into Sammy's hands. It's criminally negligent and it's not on TT. It's one Roman and if it's not on Roman it's on Rex. You do it until they stop you. That's high school football. They never stopped him we stopped him. That single decision probably cost us the game more than any other one. And that's on Roman and Rex equally.
