Could they be Buffalo's that were being raised? Or if a Buffalo moves to America does he automatically becomes a Bison? Of all of the things you could imagine running out onto the highway in front of you a Buffalo would fall somewhere between a Giraffe and a Sasquatch. Woodchucks can be fierce fighters when cornered by their enemies, which include man, dogs, coyote, foxes, bear, hawks and owls, bobcat, mink and weasels.
