yea - hes NUTS unless hes worried he will be a late cut after money dries up.

This could happen anywhere, but no one will be as generous before they cut him than the Vikings are onthe hook for if he stays.

The BALLS on this idiot. He doesn't like the way his team acted after he asaulted his 4 year old son! Beat the boy black and blue--including his scrotum. He belongs in jail--and he's bitching about the Vikings....who actually want him back!

Anyway, here he is:

Anyone else have a problem with this whole "victim" thing he's got going, essentially accusing the Vikings of betraying him for not being more supportive? Seriously, there's absolutely no recognition on his part that he may actually have done something wrong.

Actually, I don't. Only because the Vikings first stood by him, then jumped ship in the course of a day. Talk about sticking with your convictions.

It doesn't matter what Peterson wants. The Vikings hold almost all of the cards when it comes to his future. His agent is an IDIOT in the way he's managed this situation. Who would trade for a 30+ something running back that at a minimum is going to get $12.75 million for 2015? He has no suitor to speak of.

To boot (edited), why would the Vikings just let him go for nothing? Makes no sense given the 3 years left on his contract.

the $100m man that abused his son isnt much of a sympathetic character, but the vikings werent fantastic in handling the problem either.
