You just hit on a salient point, if you want Dems to back it make it illegal and then make it part of "black" culture. At that point no one will ever be charged with a gun crime in the liberal cities.

It’s funny when these idiots don’t mind when Fox News ignores inconvenient news about Trump - all the time - lmao

Of course Chris doesn’t notice or care.

Moron sees a mob of violent idiots attacking the white house and immediately replies about the orange dude.

It's not even a d effective thought process.

It's debilitating.   What you wanna bet it hasn't left the house since COVID.  Lol

@Tommy Callahan - this is embarrassing now.

You tried to taunt me and all you did - again - was embarrass your self because you are desperate AF.

All the people with their family gun toting pics on FB be deleting them as fast as possible.  If their child has mental illness, and commits a crime with it, they're going to jail for a long time.  I'm not sure I agree with the verdict, but I'm glad to see that it will surely make gun owners more responsible.

Um.  That's the law in quite a few states. And has been for a while.

That story is an outlier.  Most legal gun owners are very responsible.

This will certainly bring a lot of awareness to it, and even more responsibility.

This kid brought a magazine to school I believe, wrote notes about it the school found. He never should have been in school and should have been on a psych hold. The school and the mother should be held responsible. They literally had a meeting that morning about it he should have been sent home and they should have had the cops take the guns away. So many failures

I'm guessing your not a legal gun owner?  Most know the laws to stay legal gun owners

Even if not criminal, not securing a weapon is at the very least civil negligence.

I own rifles, and have no kids, so it's not really a question of legality for me personally.  If I owned a handgun, I'd know those rules better.  I just looked up that literally hundreds of thousands of guns are stolen every year.  if a gun can be stolen, then one would have to assume that a 16 year old son could just have easily accessed it if he wanted, so I disagree with your assumption that "most" owners are responsible.  In this particular case I believe the gun was not secured properly, though.

I agree.  The school should be taking some of the brunt, too.  They chose to let him stay, and didn't even look in his bag.  Failures everywhere.
