CIVIL RIGHTS UPDATE:

Georgia Governor Kemp Signs Law to Protect Financial Data of Gun Buyers.

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp has signed into law HB 1018, the Second Amendment Privacy Act. This NSSF-supported law protects the privacy and sensitive financial information of people purchasing firearms and ammunition in the Peach State. With Georgia, there are now 14 states with laws that protect the Second Amendment financial privacy of their citizens.

The law prohibits financial institutions from requiring the use of a firearm code, also known as a Merchant Category Code (MCC), from being assigned to firearm and ammunition purchases at retail when using a credit card. The law also forbids discriminating against a firearm retailer as a result of the assigned or non-assignment of a firearm code and disclosing the protected financial information. Additionally, the law prohibits keeping or causing to be kept any list, record or registry of private firearm ownership.

Nothing is funnier than liberals inability to do real research- the majority of these countries are deep blue. I just took the top 3, not sure when you will first hit a Red county, I don't have that much time,  but of the counties that are on this list year in and year out at least 90% of them are deep blue.

In the last Presidential election, Phillips county remained very strongly Democratic, 58.0% to 38.7%.

In Leflore County, MS 70.2% of the people voted Democrat in the last presidential election, 28.7% voted for the Republican Party, and the remaining 1.1% voted Independent

In Lowndes County, AL 72.7% of the people voted Democrat in the last presidential election, 26.9% voted for the Republican Party, and the remaining 0.4% voted Independent

I’ll take the next three:

St Louis - no need to look it up. Obviously.
Washington County, MS - 70% voted dem in 2020 election

Petersburg, VA 87% dem in 2020

Will await more brilliance like the last effort from L Ron Dumbass before spending any more time on this.

Gotta love that simple facts presented without any commentary triggered the usual crowd to the point that one person confused homicide with suicide.

Simple question for the pro-homicide crowd: are gun laws generally set by the state or the county?

Hey, if facts mattered to them, they wouldn’t be Republicans.

I'm pretty sure murder is against the law in every jurisdiction, I am pointing out that Democrats don't follow basic rules, what point are you trying to make?

You tried the same thing in the incredibly idiotic “Day of Hate” thread that you started, listing the top five states for homicide trying to paint it as a red state issue. It was dumb then and your “simple facts presented without any commentary” are equally clueless now.  There’s a reason no commentary was added. Wonder what it could possibly be.

Nice attaboy for L Ron’s childish drivel!

For someone with “everybody’s talking about sex because gay people exist” and the “human trafficking across state lines” of migrants on your resume you cast a lot of stones. Whatever works for you I guess.

Yes, triggered. Sad that the youth of America, as represented by you, could post something so unoriginal and idiotic as “but but but…”. Carry on whippersnapper.

Still triggered.  Have a beer, relax.  Your gonna tempt Goose to post more facts.  That's the last thing you need in your life.  Did you forget your blood pressure meds?  Retrace your steps, we'll get through this.

  • Awesome! (+1) 1

What are your thoughts on why the top six murderous places in America (per capita) are such heavily blue areas? I imagine these areas have benefited from uninterrupted decades of progressive policies. It’s as if those policies don’t produce good results.
