If you don't see ONE legit Democrat voter (anywhere in any forum or medium and we know who they'd be) call this one of the most disgusting abuses of power, infringement of civil rights, and government overreach, you know the left is completely gone and irredeemable.  If you know any, or still associate with them (I've cut them out of my life I never thought I'd be like that but unfortunately i know they hate this country and all its greatness and history they want to rewrite) see if they agree this is bad.  I guaran friggin tee you they'll make some case about the couple not needing to draw weapons.  Why was that necessary???

This country might be beyond repair.  It doesn't matter who you voted for in 2016 or who you'll vote for in 2020.  We got Trump and full GOP control of DC for 2 years it didn't stop this cancer growing beneath the surface.  Why would it stop with Trump winning in 2020?

The GOP losing the little battles behind the scenes and sometimes (actually most of the time) refusing to even fight them have decimated the country.

Karl Rove told us circa 2002 that immigration out of Latin America was fine.  We got the usual "they'll do the jobs ...blah blah."  He even once said on The O'Reilly Factor that if we didnt allow them to come there would be a Socialist Revolution in Mexico.

So they'll move here and bc they are socially conservative don't worry they'll vote Republican.

Karl and his GOP ilk were right about the Socialist Revolution.  Its just being attempted here.  And they were too stupid to figure it.  Or they were just cowards.  I don't mean to go on an illegal immigration rant, I'm just trying to illustrate how utterly clueless the GOP is.

Leftist Step One: Defund The Police

Leftist Step Two: Confiscate Your Guns

Will be interesting to see how much traction this gets because there is literally no reason for St. Louis to take those guns, and yet here we are.

No, no. That was just another summer of love peaceful protest. The people holding guns on their property while peaceful people trespassed and threatened to kill them before moving into their house? Those are the real troublemakers here.

The stupid part is that they give the right to ammo they need to remind America that the left is coming for your guns regardless of what you think.

AUTHORITIES SEIZE RIFLE FROM COUPLE IN INCIDENT WITH BLM, MEDIA ATTACKS THEM, BUT THEY DO GET SOME SURPRISE HELP:

It’s not clear whether or not the McCloskeys still have any arms to defend themselves, there were reports the pistol Mrs. McCloskey had is with their attorney.

But in a Facebook post, a local gun store, Alien Armory Tactical, put its money where its mouth is and offered the couple a free new AR-15 if they wanted it. The store scolded the police for going along with the warrant.

To the couple that had this warrant served, please come on by our shop and we will gladly rearm you with a brand new ar15 for (FREE) thats right if you see this post contact our page and we will gladly assist you with a replacement for you to protect your private property for FREE! Also we will assist you with some FREE firearms training so if anything were to happen you will be better prepared, we will take you with your brand new ar15 and show you how to be better prepared! Thank you from your friendly neighborhood watch.

Nice move! Hopefully, the couple is able to take advantage of it.

Earlier: “Kimberly Gardner, one of four Democrats running for St. Louis circuit attorney in the Aug. 2 primary, is taking heat for a new political ad paid for with money from a national super PAC that is at least partly funded by liberal billionaire George Soros.”

I'll ask it here, too. On what charges?

That DA needs to be run out on a rail.

Same response: Does it matter?  They are rich attorneys so can mount a defense. But if they are convicted, they could lose their law license, it is going to cost them a fortune, and they we be served as an "example" of what happens if you try and defend yourself against the mob instead of submitting to  your house being torches, being beaten, and possibly killed.

Added: I agree on the DA.

Idiots w/o guns

basic stats tell us that the more guns there are, the more people will be killed by guns.

Link please !

Lack of education on fire arms cause a lot of deaths among kids give them a 20 gauge and let them shoot it at 8 years old and that will change their perception of "Playing with guns" .

That along with a lack of parenting/discipline causes bratty ass kids that scream and cry in public to get their way and pretty much do what they want because they know there is no consequences if they do wrong !!

I knew where all the old mans guns were in the house and that he would take us out and shoot with us alls i needed to do was ask and did .

First and fore most though i also knew if i were to go where he kept the guns and was told never go in there (and he meant it) if i did that there would be a very serious ass whooping coming very soon after .

Better known as consequences to my actions ! A couple times of making the wrong decision made me rethink other actions in the future .

Yah my dad was one that taught me consequences to my actions or what is better known as right from wrong and enforced it there's a huge difference which (because my wife owns a day care) I know to well parents today are falling in epic proportions of teaching their kids any thing as far as that is concerned .

Then we wonder why the world is the way it is ...

Missouri governor says pardon likely if St. Louis homeowners charged
A pardon is 'exactly what would happen,' he says

Missouri Gov. Mike Parson says he is prepared to exercise his pardon powers if prosecutors bring criminal charges in the case of a St. Louis couple who brandished firearms at a group of protesters outside their home.

</snip>

Parson told 97.1 FM the McCloskeys "did what they legally should do," according to The Hill newspaper.

"A mob does not have the right to charge your property,” he said, according to the paper. “They had every right to protect themselves.”

Parson linked to the interview on Twitter and added the comment, “We will not allow law-abiding citizens to be targeted for exercising their constitutional rights."

The DA is hilarious... "nonviolent protest." IOW, wait for them to beat you and torch your  house! So what if they were guilty of B&E, you should have taken what they were dishin' out.

Charges filed against Mark and Patricia McCloskey

St. Louis prosecutors on Monday filed charges against Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the Central West End couple seen pointing guns at protesters in late June.

Patricia and Mark McCloskey are each facing one count of Unlawful Use of a Weapon - Flourishing, sources told News 4.

</snip>

"It is illegal to wave weapons in a threatening matter at those participating in nonviolent protest, and while we are fortunate this situation did not escalate into deadly force, this type of conduct is unacceptable in St. Louis," Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner said in a statement. "We must protect the right to peacefully protest, and any attempt to chill it through intimidation will not be tolerated."
