Cyrus and Cyril

Recommended Posts

i really hope these two are on the right side together and just blow some people up. this seems like the plan of running people into the ground and having the defense gasping and back on their heels in the fourth quarter. beat them down and then unleash sammy, spiller and the flash!

geez, they havent even signed and you are already anointing them...Not so sure they are starters yet..wouldnt be surprised to see Pears play out his last year and Legursky hang around as C/G back up. You might not like them but there is something to be said for experience. The returning starters backed up by Cyrus,Cyrill and Legursky woudnt be horrible. But there is that Pears cap savings...

Cyrus

From Κυρος (Kyros), the Greek form of the Persian name Kūrush, which may mean "far sighted" or "young". The name is sometimes associated with Greek κυριος (kyrios) "lord". It was borne by several kings of Persia, including Cyrus the Great, who conquered Babylon. He is famous in the Old Testament for freeing the captive Jews and allowing them to return to Israel. As an English name, it first came into use among the Puritans after the Protestant Reformation.

Cyril

From the Greek name Κυριλλος (Kyrillos) which was derived from Greek κυριος (kyrios) "lord". Saint Cyril of Jerusalem was a 4th-century bishop and a Doctor of the Church. Saint Cyril of Alexandria was a 5th-century theologian. Another Saint Cyril was a 9th-century linguist and a Greek missionary to the Slavs. The Cyrillic alphabet, which is still used today, was created by him and his brother Methodius in order to translate the Bible into Slavic, and thus this name has been especially popular in Eastern Christianity. It came into general use in England in the 19th century.

These were solid picks and hope they make the team. I agree with the earlier post you have to hand it to Buddy. Go big or go home. I'd love to be continuously the biggest line in the NFL. As long as they have the feet, and hands, size matters.

Cordy Glennin year 2 allowed only 1.5 sacks. People don't give him enough credit as one FO the best lineman in the NFL. He's overlooked as he plays for the Bills. We start going to the playoffs for three years Ina row and watch on the TV shows how he will be ranked as one of the best LTs in football.
