Well, isn't that reassuring to know....this guy could have been a terrorist and came within three feet of the POTUS. Me thinks the Secret Service is a little concerned with other country's ability to check credentials....or our SS is getting reamed out themselves. The expert said the signs were just nonsense and gibberish and made no sense at all. Maybe, just maybe, he was accurately translating POTUS' comments to those assembled at the ceremony.
