They don't need to get "fired up" they need to play better. They are more than motivated enough. They are playing sloppy, making too many penalties, and Thad Lewis is playing like a rookie. Thad Lewis has acquitted himself better than I expected, but he just isn't that good and without Spiller and with SJ hobbling half the time, there aren't enough weapons to threaten a decent defense.
