He had a decent year as a rookie in a passing offense ala Kolb but once these coaches get the book on him we'll see how he adjust. Let's NOT jump the gun too soon on this guy. He isn't bad, makes some nice throws, occasionally has a great game but overall, hes an average qb that turns into a deer in the headlights when it gets tough. They apparently are probably not going to draft a QB with the first overall pick. How anyone outside of the organization knows that I have no idea, but that is what is being reported. You have to be careful with backups like this as defense didn't really have a lot of film on them to gameplan. Same way some rookies look good their rookie years then become pedestrian when they defenses start looking to neutralize them. Just that in a matter of 10 days he's managed to average 10 posts a day, yet claims he has a life and doesn't sit in front of a computer all day. However, anytime I make a comment about his posts, he's right there to throw in his reply immediately. Which I have no problem with. Some of his posts are not bad, most are about how Futz sucks, we should make a trade for Mallet, trade for Smith, trade for Foles, draft Barkley, burn Fitz at the stake, etc... A few things here: if Foles is as liked so much by his coaching staff, then why in the hell would they accept a 3rd round pick for him?  There is no way in hell the Pats would trade Mallet to a division rival unless he sucks and in that case were not very smart. I also would NEVER give Billy B more draft picks than he already has every single year.  Barkley and all his WRs have proven nothing in the NFL (obviously, since they haven't been in the league yet) but to claim they are the best and only players worth taking at their position is absolutely ridiculous. There will be a few QBs that will produce at the next level, if Barkley is one of those, is unknown. Personally, after the last decade+ of USC QBs that have come out, I wouldn't trust it. It seems like everyone of them that come out has broken the records of the one that preceded them, and yet, they are just as bad or worse in the pros. There's something in the water down there in SoCal and I'd rather not take the chance. But if we draft Barkley, ill still back up the fact that hell be better than Fitz.  I Didnt start it with calling anyone names. I was simply making an observation that almost every post I read of his previously had some major Barkley love, Foles love, Mallet love, or Fitz hate.  It was a simple observation and until he gets more posts under his belt (again, not another knock on inexperience in this board) and shows that he can talk about more than just his hatred for 1 player or love for another, and doesn't stop with ThE TwItTeR lIkE pOsTs, then I will read with caution.
