Better quality DBs, more complicated defenses, fewer cupcakes against which to pad one's stats... the same reasons why so many excellent college QBs flounder in the pros. As his considerable physical gifts are only working out to pedestrian stats in the much weaker CFL maybe there was a real effort issue there since he never caught on with another NFL team. It was bizarre He got separation, was open, and then would drop the ball. Perhaps he needs a sports psychologist.
