l< j
Washington needs to replace their kicker. We have two. The new guy might not be as dependable, but what is a missed field goal at this point? (And yeah, I am not seeing a turnaround for this team, and don't think a team that gives up 90+ points in two games has earned much in the way of hope.) Lindell is going to get Moormaned soon anyway. Let's just accelerate the process. What does Washington have? Doubt they would depart with their rookie QB (Cousins). kj
Hazed and Amuzed
There is no trade value in a kicker IMO
HamSandwhich
LOL at trading a kicker in the first place. Lindell is the most accurate kicker in BB history. No way we trade him, he's here to stay. Not even worth entertaining this idea. What would we get? A ham sandhwhich in return? lol
TakeYouToTasker
Kickers of Lindell's petigree are 100% fungible. Here's his trade value:

calbear
The Redskins need a kicker. We have two, and presumably Potter was drafted and kept to be not just a kickoff specialist but to eventually supplant Lindell if he proved to be more accurate over the course of the year. Given the need for the extra roster spot, and apparently the on-going need to get depth with more later round picks, is this the time to say farwell to our second long-term special teams ace in as many months? C.Biscuit97
Lindell for Kirk Cousins...straight up! I know you're kidding but Cousins is wildy overrated. He's a career backup IMO.
KD in CA
They should have packaged Lindell and Moorman together but of course OBD screwed up that opportunity!!

nucci
A "career backup" already, huh? Well, he has already played a few minutes this year. Isn't that enough time to evaluate a QB?
Buftex
I was really hoping the Bills would have drafted Cousins this year...since it was apparent they weren't going to draft a QB early...I don't think anyone could have predicted the Redskins grabbing him...I like him. At this point though, it seems like anyone donning a Bills jersey is a "career back-up", even if they are a "starter" in name only. Maury Ballstein
I know you're kidding but Cousins is wildy overrated. He's a career backup IMO. Ya he won too many games in college......and he can throw the ball 20 yards in the air............He's definetly a career backup, good eye! RyanC883
if you can get something of value for him I say do it. We need more picks. I'm sure Potter can kick. Perhaps Lindell for a LB, or draft pick. Wishful thinking I know.

C.Biscuit97
A "career backup" already, huh? Most likely, yes, a 4th round QB is probably going to be a career backup. If the league viewed him as a starter type, he doesn't slip that far. There are very few guys who slip through the cracks to become starters and normally there are good reasons (Brady lost his job as a senior, Romo played at a lower level, etc). Cousins was at least a 3 year starter in a mjor BCS conference. He's a likable and smart guy but he never wowed me. And as a 4th round pick, there's nothing wrong with being a backup. He was a Trent Edwards type feel.
