Terrible News

Recommended Posts

This my friends, is just typical Bills fashion. Out of style and Out of date! I would say that, it is a new low for me as a Bills fan. Say what you will about Gailey as a coach. Please! I like to hear more bad news about this guy. Because he got fired as an OC from a terrible team like KC, that means He will lead this team to the promised land. It's all Crap. It's Ralph being Ralph! Someone please just put this guy in a nursing home where he belongs. He needs to take his meds because he is dreaming again. Hay Ralph, They are serving lime Jello tonight for dessert. better get on it.

Is this the great news we were expecting from Thurman! Not only did he lose his helmet, he lost his mind too. total BS

Signed, Another pissed off fan.

Just because you want Jim Kelly to be the HC doesn't mean this is a bad hire.

Yes, he got fired from KC...but because he had philosophical differences with the head coach. It's not like they tore up the league when he left, either.

There was a coach back in '87, i think his name was Marv or something like that. He was out of football for awhile and he took the job coaching the Bills, and lied about his age to get it. No one else wanted to coach here. I cant remember how that turned out.

This sounds really familiar. History repeating itself, i hope so!!!!!

C'Mon lets give this guy a chance, he'll surely be better than anything we've had around here since at least Wade Philipps was the man. I'm glad he's coming aboard now, gives him time to assemble a quality staff

The old guy is Ralpf, thats who needs to go to a nursing home. About Gailey. What has he ever won? he was handed a great team when he was with Dallas. He gets to the playoffs yes, but gets killed. He did nothing at Georgia Tech the only thing he may have done was get the dolphins to a respectable 11-5, but he wasn't calling the shots there as an OC.

This situation is totally different. He has to bring this team back from the depths of depravity and lead them into the playoffs. It takes someone with a little more moxy than what he brings. I rate this guy below Perry Fewell, way below him.

Except that team had no less than 5 future Hall of Famers on it when Levy got here.

With the $$ we will be saving by hiring Gailey, we better throw a lot of $$ at big name FA because thats the only way we will be able to land them

Agreed. We will have to pay stupid money to get any FA to this team. And that may not even work.

They weren't future Hall of Famers until they reached the Super Bowl with Levy. Bruce Smith is the only one I think was destined for the HoF regardless of what team/situation he landed in.

Yeah, because signing free agents to enormous contracts they don't deserve is the key to winning in the NFL. :wallbash:

Instead they should use that money to get some real personnel guys in here, but that looks unlikely.

Brought Washington tons of success... ow wait...

Good thing Minnesota didn't spend on Favre, trade for Jared Allen, sign Pat Williams, Antoine Winfield, Steve Hutchinson, and Bernard Berrian. They'd at least be in the NFC Title Game if they did.

UFA dollars spent wisely is what counts. This franchise hasn't done that since the TD era. Example: all UFA's signed from 2006-07 were not with the team when the season started in 2009.

But go ahead living in absolute world.
