That 70 point game has totally bent people’s brains, their fans are so thirsty for a win in OP that their trying to talk it into existence. If the Dolphins get this win I will give them their respect and I’ll consider them a real AFC contender, if Allen and the Bills do what they normally do against the Dolphins and get the win I’m just not going to take them seriously. I may be proven wrong by seasons end and Miami could end up being a contender even if they lose tomorrow, but I’ll be back to keeping my eye on KC.

Well, as long as they win I don’t care how they do it, so here’s to hoping it happens.

Oh don’t you worry, a couple more Leporta highlights on sports center and this thread will meet it’s destiny.

Ok I understand your POV better now, but I’m going with the only thing I’ve seen which is #17 putting up ridiculous numbers against the fish until I see otherwise.

You’d be surprised if Josh Allen continues to score at will against this below average D … I’d be shocked if Bills don’t put up 30+

And so it begins, the impatient masses have found a new target. It’s my wish that by seasons end he’s clearly the #2 target option. It’s been 3 games lol.

McD much better D coordinator than Frazier

Kinda agree here, don’t believe the Dolphins O is as good as their start has indicated and same for the Bills D. That being said I believe both units will end up among the league’s best by years end. -
Winning and I’m flexing on everyone at work while laughing at the Dolphin fans I know lose and I’ll hang my head monday and Tuesday and be back to being positive about the remaining 13 games come Wednesday

Kurt Warner Breakdown of Josh Allen This Week
julian replied to Scott7975's topic in The Stadium Wall
Not sure if that was sarcasm, but yes it’s his decision making because all INTs aren’t created equally. I’m not sure the murder comparison works because although losing a football game sucks, it’s probably not anywhere near as bad as losing a life lol. He’s had three games with 3 INTs in his career, same amount as Mahomes so I’m not even sure there’s a problem as big as some are convinced of. -

Yeah hopefully more people come to terms with this. The INTs aren’t the problem, it’s the decision making when the opposition is forcing him to be patient. I believe he’s on the verge of of graduating to another level of greatness.- 67 replies

I respect the effort you’re making to lay blame at the feet of his weapons and I agree with most of what you’re saying. I had Herbert ranked #3 going into the season because of the talent he possesses but I’m ready to call a spade a spade. Kirk Cousins is starting to look like the career comparison, amazing stats but unable/unwilling to elevate those around them in crunch time. I’ve been saying the last 2 years Staley is garbage. Get a new offensive coach in there, one where the rb check down game is your last read and not your first, and see if the kid has more in him, they paid him so they need to do more to help him.

McCaffrey isn’t a RB, he’s an offensive playmaker

Yeah, plenty to prove for sure

Love a Giants win to knock off half of all survivors remaining

Yeah I hope they tighten up defending the screens, teams will continue to exploit the weaknesses until it’s corrected

Josh Named AFC Offensive Player of the Week 2 and Week 4
julian replied to bills742's topic in The Stadium Wall
He’s more than enough talented to win multiple championships, wins aren’t a QB stat and much luck is needed to get a title, he throws lots of INTs, that’s who he is… melting down and being the reason for a loss like the opener are rare.. it was only his third 3INT game, sane amount as Mahomes. I think it’s obvious playing better more often makes your odds of winning higher, that opening game just isn’t frequent enough to predict anything at all. Allen is a proven commodity and the INTs are baked in. -

You’re free to use any measurements or stats you wish to reach whatever greatness conclusions you’d like. I just prefer to not focus on any single game or performance to confirm my biases. I think seeing the larger body of work is more useful information than the rare 3 INT loss he coughed up. Those are so few and far between and as long as he’s scoring more TDs than any other QB in the league I’m very ok with his play. My opinion of course. -

You go ahead and ride that rollercoaster, luckily for you the highs far outweigh the lows, Which is kinda the point. Allen will always throw pics and as long as he keeps scoring at a 3:1 TD rate who cares. Not all INTS are created equal and Allen cost his team the opener because he melted down and made poor decisions. He doesn’t have a history of solely costing this team wins but he does have a full resume of carrying it to victories. -

This is why criticism when he costs his team a win is warranted but why the criticism must be contained to that performance and not used as some example of a larger Josh Allen problem.
