All of this seems to be reasonable and it’s exactly how I’m hoping they attack this draft.

I think the idea is that more elite players are drafted higher in the draft rather than lower, but sure, could another 5th round pick end up being a top 5 elite WR ? Yeah but that player is more likely drafted in the 1st or 2nd.
