  1. I'd be surprised if they got a 1st let alone a 1st plus a bunch of extras...Jags clearly don't think he is a good fit for their scheme and he has been not great. You don't pay for what they did, you pay for what they are doing now.
  2. Allen could claim the all-time QB rushing TD mark (including postseason) with a rushing TD against the Chiefs. He is currently tied with Cam Newton with 77.
  3. I'm sure he must be thrilled
  4. I thought 1st half in the passing game Allen looked off. 2nd half, he looked much better and made several of his patented throws including a rollout to the left and throw a laser beam to Coleman coming across, a step up and thru the pocket running towards the LOS throw to find Hawes inside the 5, and even that throw to Shakir was textbook perfect ball placement because he essentially "told" Shakir to turn towards the sideline by where he put that ball on his outside shoulder because he saw the defender coming from the inside, and helped Shakir avoid him. Small sample size since he was done early into the 4th, but I was much happier with what I saw from Allen in the 2nd half.
  5. Browns beat the Ravens too last year on the strength of a crazy Jameis Winston game
  6. No. When the Bills best is required, we typically get it. Now we need to see that actually carry over for the defense against KC in the playoffs if we meet them.
  7. Believe it or not Ravens still have a 55% chance of making the playoffs.
  8. McD's shining moment was the way he handled that Hamlin situation and told the refs the Bills would walk off the field and forfeit the game before they would resume playing.
  9. Man that was tough to watch...Ryan might be a lot of things, but I think deep down he is a good person who cared a ton about the players he coached.
  10. Especially without Daniels. Mariota is barf.
  11. Love the Chiefs get the short week with 1.5 days less rest AND have to travel for the game on top of it!
  12. Manning won a Super Bowl with the Colts in 2006 defeating the Bears 29-17. It was the game that Devin Hester returned the opening kickoff for a TD...remember it clear as day still.
  13. One of my favorite things I saw in that game was Elijah Moore busting ass to get a clean cut-off block on the dude chasing Shakir along the sideline on the long TD he had. Even tho it looked like he wasn't going to catch him, never know if he could have dove and got a finger tip ankle trip on him...Moore eliminated that chance with a great hustle play...guarantee he is getting Big Props for that play when they watch the film.
  14. 1st half Josh was definitely off. 2nd half Josh seemed much more like typical Josh.
  15. Kincaid with only 12 snaps? Concerned he may have reinjured something with his oblique when he had to reach up high to pull in that 20 yard catch from Allen...
  16. Just call Shakir the "YAC Daddy" at this point.
  17. Bills have the 2nd highest chance in the AFC to make the playoffs at 86%. Colts are highest at 96%. Bills are higher than the Pats at 84%. I know the Doom and Gloom is cool, but let's stop pretending this team is going to miss the playoffs. A lot of these so called "great" teams we are competing with will start fading by the end of this month as usually happens. I've thought all along that the Bills had the pieces to be a lot better on D and that it was the way those pieces were being used and how the game was being called by Babich that was more of the issue. I mean let's be real, we see teams with average players on D and great coaching put up very good performances, like the 49ers did against the Falcons when half their D was out and their guys were all over the place making plays.
  18. It's just stop trying to be fancy, just do what works. And when they do what they already know works, they are a machine.
  19. The Bills have the 2nd highest playoff probability in the AFC right now at 86%, 2nd only to the Colts 96% and higher than the Patriots 84%. They said Cook had something like 164 yards of his 216 before any contact yesterday which is astounding. I want to say Olsen said it was the most ever in a game since NextGen Stats began keeping track in 2017.
  20. Cook is leading the NFL in YPG at 107.6 and YPC at 6.0...both slightly ahead of Jonathan Taylor who has played an extra game. Cook is heading into best RB in the NFL conversation territory quickly.
  21. I tried to tell people this was going to be a work on progress thru much of the season exactly for this reason. All we need is for them to peak during the right time. We don't need for them to be amazing all year long.
  22. The Panthers allowed an average of 44 yards per game rushing over the last 3 games before ours, not sure where he was getting his numbers from
  23. The Bye was a reset of going back to basics in many ways. And unsurprisingly, the basics worked pretty freaking well just like they almost always do with this team when they execute them properly.
  24. Has 753 yards rushing, 2nd only to Jonathan Taylor's 850 and he has played an extra game.
