  1. It's unreal how snakebit this team is with injuries this year...and really Buffalo teams in general...same thing is going on with Sabres.
  2. A healthy Palmer and Kincaid at the same time would alleviate some of this problem. Looks like we won't have that for at least 2-3 more weeks now.
  3. But we DID run the ball effectively once he switched blocking schemes multiple years in a row... At the start of the year he would run a blocking scheme that wouldn't work and then after the bye we would switch to a different scheme and be one of the better running teams in the NFL. It was talked about multiple times by numerous film study people including Cover 1
  4. And then we would be right back to "why can't run the ball?!?!?". We need a mix of Daboll's passing game schemes with Brady's run game schemes if that is even possible.
  5. Except he has no idea how to be a HC. Some great coordinators don't have the skillset to make good HC's, they are completely separate skillsets. Daboll may be a great OC, but he will never likely be a great HC.
  6. They should be on the phone to him immediately to help fix this passing game.
  7. Maybe because they gave up a lot of yards to us?
  8. Yeah they are good, but so were the Chiefs who hadn't allowed a 100 yard rusher at the RB position in 26 games until we played them. If the Bills execute properly we can run against pretty much anyone. If they don't and are sloppy in their preparation and are off on details, then that makes it a lot easier to stop them. The problem is our team seems to lack focus more often than usual this year for whatever reason.
  9. Man I dunno...Henderson just scored on runs of 55 and 69 yards against them yesterday...
  10. Maybe OP should rename himself to Private Pyle and go eat a jelly donut.
  11. This has been the 2nd winningest team in all of pro sports in the last 6 years. I mean, sure, it would be nice to win a Championship and they SHOULD win a championship, but you could just as easily take a major step backwards as you could forwards by replacing two people that have been pretty freaking good overall in the grand scheme of things.
  12. How many other teams paid out $415 million this offseason? I'm guessing not many. As always, the biggest problem is the lack of comparison to other teams here.
  13. Palmer has been relatively durable over his career with far greater usage than Hollins has. It's easy to stay available when all you are doing is getting Special Teams snaps most games.
  14. So I'm guessing $415 million just appeared out of thin air? You realize those bonuses are paid out of pocket up front right? They get accounted for on the cap spread out over the length of the contract but that money was written in the form of a check on the day that contract as signed. I'm not sure where you are residing, but it clearly is not in reality.
  15. So we can just keep the fake narrative that doesn't actually exist going? No thanks, I'd rather point out the BS. If you want to argue they spent the money on the wrong people, that's one thing. To argue they "aren't spending money", that's complete and utter BS.
  16. I'm guessing the fact Pegula ponied up $415 million in this past off-season on contract guarantees somehow is left out of this conversation? WTF are we doing here? Starting to make up random stuff and then convincing ourselves it's true? Holy Sh!t. I've seen bad before on this board, but this is starting to really piss me off because half the stuff is just a bunch of bullsh!t.
  17. It's literally 3 games into his rookie year where he missed the entire camp. He has been damn good for that amount of time missed. My God, what is wrong with half of these posters who expect rookies to step on the field and be All-Pro from their first snap. It's called experience, reps and time on task.
  18. I'm guessing he didn't watch the Broncos playoff game last year where Samuel smoked Surtain for like a 65 yard TD?
  19. He won some, he lost some. He was right there in coverage on that long TD pass. He is going to be a stud for us with more experience under his belt. Probably better than Tre.
  20. Palmer is better than Hollins and it's not close if you look at their careers.
  21. Are the Patriot WR's appreciably better than ours? I would say no. McDaniel does a hell of a lot better job scheming them open and getting them open deep than we do tho, that is for sure.
  22. This has been a consistent and maddening issue in their losses...Brady trying to get "cute" in critical situations near midfield on short down and distances and it has not worked in ANY of them. Stop getting cute and just do what you do.
  23. I view this as another 2023 type season. Odd year = 11 wins, should have already known this from the start. Will be back to 13 next year in the even year.
  24. Watching the Patriots be able to consistently get JAG WR's open downfield while we have DBs superglued to our guys is extremely frustrating. And yes, at this point in his career, Diggs is far closer to a JAG than he is elite.
