Not sure why it's surprising...the last time Tua played a full season was in high school. He has been injured at every level in every season since then for many games each year. Currently likely one major concussion away from being a fan the rest of his life. Best ability for any player is availability, nothing really matters if you don't have that first. How can a team commit franchise QB money to a guy they know is going to miss 3-4 games every season and probably have no chance of being any better than 1-3 in those games? They can't. It doesn't make any sense.

I don't go into the office as I work remote, but the cafeteria there is stocked with all kinds of things for free to eat/drink including various beers, craft beers, hard seltzers, hard lemonades and ciders for people to drink while at work... And they pay for parking and for lunch at one of three local places around the office up to $15 per meal

That used to be Depew...at one point when I was growing up Depew gave out the most speeding tickets per capita in the US...my friends father had an office there and he actually DID get pulled over for going 1 over the speed limit and given a ticket.

Most of the complaints are that Bills are splitting people between them and the Sabres so they feel sometimes they have too much on their plates to focus on them enough. Almost all said the complaint weren't about the people they have working there, they think they are amazing, but that they needed more people to help out with things. Key distinction...players believe they have an amazing support staff, just need more people like them.
