  1. Montana was on the Pat McAfee show and Bruce Arians asked him the question... That's some pretty high praise coming from one of the best to ever do it and who some still consider the GOAT. https://www.yahoo.com/sports/article/joe-montana-lists-current-qbs-185746071.html
  2. It's always been like that...the Bills typically are peaking in December where they have a phenomenal record under McD. At the end of the day, this team will only go as far as the D lets them in the playoffs, which is always their Achilles heel in January. Until he figures out how to at least get an average performance in key games, we are going to continue to spin our wheels.
  3. It's like baseball except you only run 2 bases, you can hit the ball in any direction and there are more people and the field is bigger. And the games can literally go on for a week ๐Ÿคฃ
  4. With Fields at QB? Doubtful. That dude sucks ass
  5. So was Trevor Lawrence's, but he is making $55 million a year to be terrible.
  6. ๐Ÿ’ฏ They just use that as an easy excuse to do what they were going to do anyway, but would have to find a harder excuse for if it didn't exist.
  7. I'm sure 5 others will come to take it's place and fill the void. Think this was a coincidence in timing? Doubt it.
  8. Guess you forgot about the Colts game where he made multiple long toe tap catches on the sidelines in critical situations? We really have short memories here I guess.
  9. Yeah it definitely hurts, but they are going to suck anyway so not sure how much it matters ๐Ÿคฃ
  10. I don't care who was hurt. Nobody put up 200+ yards and 4 TDs against the Bills when they were missing half the starting defense.
  11. Except in the playoffs where he goes off?
  12. Not sure how many #4-5 WRs put up 850 yards and average 17.5 YPC, but sure...I guess maybe in Wonderland they do.
  13. Considering most WR's are touching the ball an average of 8-10 yards down the field, would not be a fair comparison when they have a 13-15 yard head start from where the RB begins touching the ball 3-5 yards behind the LOS.
  14. AP interviewed Thurman Thomas regarding the RB position becoming devalued in today's NFL...as usual, Thurman always has interesting thoughts. https://apnews.com/article/nfl-running-back-salaries-f4d564fbaf9b134e342b12e22ba13156 Also, an interesting tidbit on Cook and his holdout...from what it said in the article, this is part of a larger plan amongst the RB's to start driving the position's value back up, as they talked about a text chain among the RB's talking about this, and Cook seemingly held out in relation to this goal in mind. Not sure if this angle was covered or not while it was going on, but essentially it seems like Cook is part of a larger ploy at work by the RB's to force teams to start paying them better.
  15. At least Allen won't have to worry about getting his junk grabbed anymore ๐Ÿ˜‚
  16. Probably much easier for PS players to make impacts on bad teams since they aren't replacing players who are very good anyway.
  17. Lawyer Milloy part II? ๐Ÿ˜‚
  18. He knows NOTHING!!
  19. There were no charges pressed against him so essentially the NFL just decided to enact its own version of the law where you are guilty until proven innocent.
  20. Ask Ray Rice how that worked out for him.
  21. Smack a woman get banned for life. Almost kill someone while driving recklessly, get a 6 game suspension. I'm not trying to say DV is cool in any way, shape or form, but it seems like the NFL suspends based on how bad something looks publicly and the backlash they will get rather than what actually happens. If DV is a lifetime ban essentially, how is running people over with a car 6 games?? Make it make sense.
  22. LMAO!! Wilson found out by telegram ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
  23. And you are claiming that other players never allow bad plays against them or are we going to live in reality? Safety is THE most important position in McDermott's D due to how they use them to disguise coverages and it's very hard to learn in a short time. Which is why almost nobody has come in as a free agent or draft pick at safety and started right away. Hyde and Poyer both said it took them 2 years to feel comfortable there. So if they are forced to use a safety that isn't familiar with how they do things and can't assimilate quickly, it means they have to greatly simplify their defense, which means their overall effectiveness goes down significantly. So if I had to choose between a guy who can mentor the safeties, especially Bishop, on the team to help them become better, faster or some random bum who is going to get in a game and suck anyway and get maybe 10 snaps, I'm taking the mentor...he will be useful 24/7, the other guy won't be useful much at all, even when on the field.
