I think we are starting to see why you don't just bench young players because they are struggling early on, especially if they are showing signs of improving in ways that might not be readily noticeable on the field....Bishop was all over the place today. No idea why people think that developing players isn't a thing anymore and that all players as rookies simply show up from Day 1 and produce at a high level all the time. This isn't Madden. Especially when we are talking about at safety in this defense where Poyer has said it took 2 full years as a starter to feel fully comfortable back there.

I think Palmer coming back will help as will "Grape" Davis once he is ready to go. Brady at least giving Allen some easy answers tho with some things and it's hard to complain when Allen is completing 88.5% of his passes for 273 yards, but there were still times in key situations where Allen couldn't find people and that's what I am afraid of in the playoffs again, especially if we have to play the Chiefs.

I mean we just demolished the Panthers last week who went on the road and beat everyone's darlings, the Packers and held them to 13, which they struggled to get as they had 6 until late in the 4th quarter

Not last year it's their 4 game average against us in the playoffs. Their last 5 regular season games they have averaged like 20.5 PPG
