Jordan Poyer needs to be suspended
Búfalo Blanco replied to Miyagi-Do Karate's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah, some here are downplaying Poyer’s habit of cheap shots. He also did the same to Khalil Shakir Week 2. I don’t care what anybody says.. Dude’s a mercenary, even against his old longtime teammates. The NFL should consider more than the customary fine with him.. -

Sunday Ticket lawsuit alleges price fixing by the NFL
Búfalo Blanco replied to stuvian's topic in The Stadium Wall
Well, I hope this lawsuit (along with the Ticketmaster anti-trust suit) gets some traction. The best way to get the conglomerates' attention is to hit them in the pocketbook. Otherwise, the gouging, yearly price increases, more digital portals taking a subscription for a "primetime" game, etc. will continue... Hell, they'll continue anyway. At least this way, consumers hit them back for once... -
Buffalo Bills Schedule Discussion / Prediction Thread
Búfalo Blanco replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
BS is ridiculous.. I’m looking at tix in Seattle, and the last row in the nosebleeds is $185 plus fees and taxes. -

Rd 2, Pick 33: WR Keon Coleman, Florida State
Búfalo Blanco replied to SDS's topic in The Stadium Wall
I highly respect both of those guys, no doubt.. but if I'm not mistaken, they're both over a 9% avg. with drop rate. Knox was at 13.9% in 2023. Not to say they can't work on that issue, of course. Kincaid was at a 5.5% drop rate last season. What's good is, this is obviously a specific focus with Joe Brady. After that big drop late against KC in the playoffs by Diggs, I can see why. -
Rd 2, Pick 33: WR Keon Coleman, Florida State

So, between Coleman, Shakir and Samuel, their drop rates are very low. This should definitely add more efficiency to the passing game. I also like this statistic. -
Do You Like What Beane Did in the First Round?
Búfalo Blanco replied to Gugny's topic in The Stadium Wall
If I were a GM in the NFL, what Beane did last night would be a strategy I employ most off-seasons. I’’d trade down when possible, stockpile picks and plan for next year’s draft as well. There are certainly times where I’d stay put or possibly move up, if I needed an elite player at a position, QB, etc. But I’d generally be happy to deal with other teams and increase opportunities to bring in more cheap, young talent. -

Random talking head says something about the Bills
Búfalo Blanco replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
I listen to them quite a bit, and the Simms podcast occasionally.. I agree with you on Simms and didn't know Florio's history, but it makes perfect sense. I still stand by the fact that these guys and most of the sports media are way "over-opinionated" on such transactions simply to keep viewership during slow off-seasons.. and occasionally attempt to manufacture controversy like much of the media. But I do like the two of them and their analysis usually. -
Random talking head says something about the Bills
Búfalo Blanco replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
I saw this exchange 2 days ago and thought about posting this myself.. Here's my opinion on it: These analysts get into the "slower" parts of the NFL offseason, and are scraping for news. Something like that trade draws a ton of attention this time of year, with little on the NFL news front before the draft. Analysts capitalize and "sensationalize" this sort of story for views. Editorial monologues and aggressive debate over these little transaction surprises take up all of the air in the media and competition for clicks, ratings, whatever ensue... pure sports media offseason theatre. -
