  1. All the mis-direction being spewed out but the top teams (Browns & Giants) make it difficult to get a feeling about what is possible. The Giant do hold all the cards but if the Browns pull a typical "Browns" draft & take Allen 1st. all bets are off for trade up scenarios. Maybe not all hope but Most.
  2. So based on all that can be read in this post, some bad publicity or perceived weaknesses by un-named (by me) sources drives down your likely draft selection spot. This would suggest Darnold slides due to turnovers & throwing mechanics, Rosen slides due to "character issues", Mayfield slides due to attitude, Jackson slides due to bad agent & he runs, Allen slides due to inaccuracy, Rudolph slides due to weak arm & pocket awareness, who's left to draft at top of the 1st ?
  3. With laptop, TV & phone simultaneously while taping for further insight if needed. I'm WAY TOO deep into this for no good reason. I've even got some family members watching occasionally too! My interest has strangely grown over the years as it has become so much more of a production.
  4. Exemplary work. Even though my opinion means nothing, I was very close to the same analysis. Posts like this & the solid work some like you put in make this the very best forum to follow.
  5. What gives you that idea? What have they done or not done to make you believe this? The moves they make must be responsible & strategic which require careful thought & timing. I believe we need patience. Still lots of time until the draft & they have shown a focused plan they are attempting to carry out.
  6. I know, I agree w/ you. I probably should've replied to him as well. I read A LOT. I follow multiple forums also but do not respond much because its pointless. My fewer posts would make me seem uninformed to the poster & many others. I'm not & neither are you. Just because one re-posts their opinion repeatedly does mean they are any more knowledgeable or deserving of praise.
  7. What does no of posts have to do w/ opinion &/or football knowledge?
  8. All very valid points. Nice to see an intelligent well thought response instead of reiterating the same dribble about perceived weaknesses w/ minimal amounts of actual research.
  9. Although its possible 4 QB go in top 5, it's just as possible, even likely, they don't . Even if it did, who says we don't take different players at 12 & 22.?
  10. Thanks, Incredible job, I had the order slightly different w/ Darnold before Baker but very nice work. I see some hope for Allen (just in case we get him) as most of his film illustrates your points. Be nice to see what it lloks like for the next tier of Kyle Lauletta, Luke Falk, Mike White.
  11. I follow you completely. Lamar J. ran mostly from designed plays though (to the tune of 70% or better). Not that I'm advocating for him (4th choice personally) but it appears he gets stereotyped here pretty heavily though. I think he has a chance w/ the right system & coaching
  12. Why?, That would infer the "only" attributes important to the Bills are size & potential. I like the kid but just don't understand the hype for him.
  13. T agree w/ this but if no trade partner avails, stay @ 12 & take Jackson
  14. I would love it only if we couldn't trade up. I'd need a WR somewhere tho, likely in place of the the center. I still think Jackson could prove alot of people wrong.
  15. How important are the various traits in QB evaluation?
  16. Does it depend on ones definition of "Pass -on one of the touted 5"? What if they try but just can't come to terms w/ a trading partner? Curious!
  17. I completely agree & it would be hard to sit down & can kick simultaneously anyway.
  18. Never thought much of Rosenthal. Who gives a !@#$%^& what he writes. Time will tell but the need was obvious. Personally, I like the Star signing (although I agree we paid a bit much) & I think Murphy still has room to improve & has a great attitude.
  19. That's likely true but Eric is gone & we gotta start somewhere. These guys may not even make the roster. i have a feeling there will be some line shuffling w/ our current roster. Another consideration is, we have no idea what Daboll has in mind for the blocking scheme.
  20. While giving up so many picks to gamble on a QB is a tough pill to swallow, if Beane & Co. truly get "THEIR" guy , it's worth it. I don't believe it's a "Ill take whomever I can get out of the Crowned Top 4. If not, sit back & build the best team you can. I believe we have to trust their process! All the moves & strategic signings seem to indicate a move up IMO.
  21. I actually have him as #5. Agree not worth trading up & he's probably there @ 22 but maybe not. With the strong need for QBs in this draft, I'd be ok taking him @ 12.
