  1. That's why I said "just kidding" at the end of the post...not trying to be mean, just giving him a hard time.
  2. Not to be negative, but the person who started this thread doesn't look so impressive. j/k
  3. +1 However, it still feels pretty sweet to be able to say it right now!! Go Bills!
  4. Surprised it is not a season-ender. That was a rather gruesome looking injury.
  5. The long bomb to Watkins was perfectly thrown, the defender made a great play to knock it out. Overall, I believe EJ played great today...no need to nit-pick. The offense as a whole needs to do better in the red zone....including play-calling.
  6. Buffalo comes out on fire in the first half, and by the end of the 3rd quarter, they are in the lead 24-7. Miami scores a "cosmetic" 4th quarter TD, making the final score: 24-14 Buffalo Go Bills!!!
  7. I love it when these so called experts pick against the Bills. It will make it all the more sweeter when the Bills go out and prove all these losers wrong on Sunday!
  8. +1 Outrageously bad call.
  9. I was pretty close!!!!! Great job Bills!! Way to start the season!
  10. Wow, you hit my score exactly! Carpenter hits a clutch 50+ yard FG inside 2 minutes to take the lead, then the D closes out the game. Upset alert!! Go Bills!!
  11. How about drafting TJ Graham when they probably meant to draft TY Hilton.
  12. I'd rather switch OC's with Seattle instead.
  13. That's a sad list. It's funny that Dennis Dixon, who the Bills just released, is 13th on the list.....how bad must 14 through 44 be?? Yikes.
  14. This is my feeling as well. It's a shame that they had to wait so long into the preseason to get this combination of linemen to play together(technically, the starting 5 still hasn't played together as LG Williams did not play). Marrone tried to play it off that OL continuity in preseason does not matter, but that was just coachspeak. It will take a few weeks of playing together before the OL will be at its peak performance.
  15. Honestly, I think Legursky is going to be cut. Second and Third string QB is by far the weakest positions on the team.
  16. Says the guy with the OJ in the Ford Bronco avatar......go figure.....j/k
  17. I don't know why, but I'm getting the feeling we aren't seeing eye to eye on this one.
  18. Seriously, hasn't the "in" thing played itself out yet?? Let's retire this one, please!!
  19. I think Hackett falls more in the APB category...where's the creativity?? I know preseason calls tend to be vanilla, but his play calling was suspect last year, and certainly hasn't improved so far. Also, I wish EJ would remember to put his mouthpiece in on running plays...he leaves it in his face mask on running plays, and puts it in his mouth on passing plays. If I notice this, I'm sure opposing D's do as well. Shouldn't the OC notice this, and correct it?? I think Hackett falls more in the APB category...where's the creativity?? 20. Read the first post in the "1 thing I would change about EJ" thread, and I think you will see what he's trying to do here.
  21. Their December schedule is so rough, they are going to have to build up a lot of wins early in the season to be in the hunt for that 10-6 or 9-7 record we are hoping to see.
  22. I'm sure you won't have to wait long for that to happen. If he was still on the Bills, he would be fighting for a roster spot with the WR corps they have now. If you want to say he's a nice guy, that's fine, but the team is better off without him and his carefree attitude.
  23. Looks like we both may be right...... according to this article, he did announce his retirement first, and the Pats workout came after the announcement. http://fansided.com/2014/08/01/brady-quinn-isnt-totally-retired-workout-patriots/#!btqWyQ
  24. Brady Quinn has announced his retirement, and signed with Fox to be an analyst for both NFL and college games..... So I guess the workout didn't go too well.
  25. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one annoyed by those.
