I really disliked the guy a lot...Like I said almost from the get go...Though I do tend to stay out of the fray a bit more these days...My feeling on Marrone was always that he was a run first coach...but we could not run with any consistency...And an ex O-lineman and O-line coach that could not develop O-linemen...Plus he hired a College kid to run his Offense...To me it just seemed like a trainwreck almost from day one...

I have to admit...It's a bit embarrassing...But I hated the guy from the minute he cut Da'Rick Rogers... In retrospect it brought me to the right conclusion...Only for the wrong reason...

Was it now? Because I can remember plenty...I mean plenty of folks around here who did not like the guy...Myself included... How was it the general narrative of the message board? Or did you mean to say One Bills Drive?

If the Panthers play their game for 60 minutes they can beat anyone...They have the personnel on Defense and they have Cam... I'm not saying the Panthers will beat the Pats...I am saying they can...

I live in NC...I'm glad the nation is getting a chance to see this team...If you watch them every week you understand they are absolutely for real... Cam gets a ton of attention, and rightfully so...But they get contribution from 1-53 almost every week...They really are the definition of a team...And I think their Coaching staff is seriously underrated...

It seems to me that if we can all figure out Marrone's faults they have to be common knowledge in NFL circles...His agent does a good job keeping his name out there...Team are likely doing their due diligence...But in the end he ends up being pretty much exactly what they've heard he is...

I think D-Line is very likely where the Bills go in Round #1... Look at all the D-linemen Rex got in NY in the 1st...It's most definitely going to be a priority...Especially if Mario is gone...

Please Draft a QB somewhere to develop...We need to start doing this religiously... Nothing against TT who will absolutely be the starter in 2016...

Agreed...I was right there too...As completely naive as it may have been I honestly thought Rex would sell Schwartz on coming back when he was hired... I have to say though that the minute I heard Schwartz would not return i was a bit concerned...But even then, like you, I thought there was no way Rex could screw it up as bad as he did...The thought never crossed my mind...Until week #2 that is...Then the thought hit me like a sledgehammer to the temple...

Well...While I don't disagree that Brown had a really disappointing year, he may very well have been the most effected Bills Defender by Ryan coming to town... The move from WLB in Schwartz 4-3 where PB thrived, to MLB in Ryan's...whatever it is...just killed his progression...Brown was playing out of position and asked to be the field leader for a Defense he was struggling to learn...I don't think there is a snowballs chance in hell that Preston is back at MLB for this Defense next year... IMHO Preston Brown did not forget how to play football...The same way Mario, Dareus, and the rest did not forget...Rex came in, blew up a good thing, and what's left in the wake is an absolute ton of questions going forward...

So...I'm guessing I'm not the only one who is well beyond concerned that keeping Rex means this may get a lot worse before it gets better... Again...

Yes... Needs another year for sure...But that Ole Miss team probably won't be as good next year either...It's an interesting decision he has to make...It's not cut and dry... I'd take him...I'm assuming he's matured a bit...I doubt very much he'll be a 1st round pick even if he comes back...Maybe mid-late 1st with a great 2016...I really don't think there's much doubt he has potential...I like his game...He's a competitive kid...

Maybe not... But he sure as hell has not been the solution either...
