I guess we'll see. He looked good in the second half of last season and he appears to be back near 100%. If it wasn't for that knee injury it wouldn't even be close in my book, I'd take Poz over any LB in this draft.
-
I'm sure everybody who is blasting him is a perfect public speaker, you don't get nervous and start inserting "umm" a hundred times. I've didn't see the interview in question but I've seen perfectly intelligent people who do the exact same thing when they get up in front of a room full of people.

Pro Football Weekly - Draft Value Chart

Don't worry about it, I was being infantile, although that was kind of the point! My apologies to you as well. -
Pro Football Weekly - Draft Value Chart

Slight correction, Henry came out early, he was only a junior. Many were questioning why he'd do it since it seemed that he was finally primed to be the man in Arizona and might have put up monster numbers in his senior season. I might take a late round flyer on the guy as he does have loads of talent but I wouldn't spend a day one pick on a guy that never produced in college. -
Pacman getting suspended can only help Buffalo's
MDH replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sure there is. If they think they are a legitimate Super Bowl contender (which they are) then keeping Turner isn't a bad move. Turner is an insurance policy for the most important player on the Charger team. -
Thanks for clearing that up. I guess we can all just move on now.

Silent Bob's 3 Round Mock- Buffalo Bills
MDH replied to Cornerville's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Everyone has the Bills taking Willis at 12 if he's there. I wouldn't be surprised if Marv takes Poz even if Willis is still on the board. I wonder how irate this board would be if that happened. -
I never said it bothered me, I was just pointing out how your little, "all I was saying is I like hikes with my wife" line was total BS. I rather enjoyed mocking your posts.
-
Ignorant? You mean like talking about Bills football as if you have a clue when you haven't seen a game in years? That kind of ignorant? Chef is a big boy and can fight his own battles Cincy. Talk about being on a high horse.
-
You weren't simply talking about how nice a walk you had with your wife. Please don't act nieve about what you were doing. You were being condecending and you knew you were. As for the TV remark I'd take a wild guess that I watch less than you do (well, once football season is over).

First concert was Billy Squier with Ratt opening. I believe I was in the 6th or 7th grade at the time and went with my older brother. At the time I was very impressed and had a blast. My favorite show was Jane's Addiction on their Nothing's Shocking tour. On this tour they played small clubs instead of the normal large venues and the energy that was created by being in such a small venue was just amazing. No other show has ever come close. Of course my friends and I had to camp out for two days to get the tickets as there were only a few hundred available but it was well worth it.

Shouldn't you be sharing your opinion with people in REAL life and then coming to message boards and putting people down by telling them how you don't like corresponding with people virtually, you prefer the REAL thing!? I shouldn’t get on you for this though. You’ve inspired me. Next football season when people start to talk about the games I’m going to interrupt threads and tell them how I prefer to PLAY football and not simply watch it. When people persist in talking about the Bills game I will persist in telling them how they should not buy tickets to the games but rather save their cash to start their own league. Yes, you sound as ridiculous as the above paragraphs.
-
Amazing stuff. Maybe next week you'll let us know that you prefer a home cooked meal to fast food.
-
Probably the Pats. I believe we've played them after their bye week something like 3 out of the last 4 years.
-
Once again somebody doesn't understand what free speech means.
-
Who exactly is arguing that they'd rather watch nature on TV than see it in person? I'm not sure where you're coming from on this. You've taken up a ridiculous position in this thread. I have an HDTV and you know what that means...I NEVER go hiking, camping fishing or on vacation. I just stay home all day and night, my eyes bloodshot from the TV as I watch Discovery.
-
You do realize that watching a nature show and experiencing nature first hand aren't mutually exclusive?
-
Yeah, last time I was walking the beach I saw a great white leap out of the water while hunting seal. Also, the other day when I was in Africa I witnessed first hand lions hunting elephants at night. Btw, why are you on this message board? Why aren't you out there experiencing people first hand? As for the show, the production values are high and the cinematography is good but it does try to cover way too much ground and one never feels like they're ever given enough information and any particular species or region. The end-of-show footage of the crews filming the show are much more informative about how the show is captured than the show is on the animals they are covering.

Bills fans love these "experts" predicting the Bills will be in the running for the #1 draft pick next year. Then, when the Bills miss the playoffs again by finishing 6-10 or 7-9 fans will say, "see, those media guys don't know anything, we didn't suck THAT badly!" Somehow fans will feel "right" and think that the media is "wrong" even though many of these fans predict 10-6 finishes every year.

Fast and quick on his feet aren't things that a QB needs to be. In fact I can't think of many HoF QBs that had those things. We're not talking about RB or WR here, we're talking about QBs. George was the prototypical size for a QB, he could move around enough in the pocket (though nobody would confuse him for fast) and he had a gun for an arm. He is the prototype of what coaches look for in a QB. Having a 10 cent head has nothing to do with "talent" in the sense that most people refer to the word. George didn't make good decisions and wasn't quick enough mentally for the game but his physical tools were nearly perfect for the position. If a coach had to tell you what their ideal is for a QB, physically, they'd say Jeff George. If you could put Peyton Manning's brain inside George's body you'd have the perfect drop back, pocket QB.

I think many people realize this as most have studied a romance language of one sort or another in high school. If this is the explanation though what does "black brown" mean?

Without Ike Tina has fewer bruises.

I agree, being a UCLA fan I watch a ton of Pac 10 football. In the last 5 to 6 years I don't remember a back I was as impressed with in the Pac 10 as Lynch other than Bush. I liked Maruice Drew alot but wasn't sure if my homerism was clouding my vision or if his game would translate to the NFL (it appears it has). I think Lynch is a similar player to Drew but with more raw talent. Lynch is faster, more agile and has better hands. The only advantage Drew has over Lynch is power (I'm not sure I've ever seen anybody with thighs as big as Drew's). I think Drew's success last year with Jax is a good indication of what Lynch can do with a good OL. All that being said, I don't want Lynch at 12. I'm not a fan of drafting RBs in the first round as I think good ones can be had later in the draft. The only back I'd like to see the Bills take in the first round of this draft is Peterson and I wouldn't want them to trade picks to move up and get him.
