Ex-Bill Josh Johnson. Another back-up who was better than EJ. -
Oh, Harbaugh will have them fighting for a wild-card spot. He may even have them fighting for the division championship. That’s about it though, their overall talent is just lacking compared to other AFC contenders. One or two years from now, with more developed draft picks and a few more moves? OK. Question then though is who is the QB?
-
Speaking of elite, I look at their front 7 on D and I see nothing there but some competency and hopes. Harbaugh will have them playing hard as always (except of course last year when they played Cincy), but if they’re going to make any real noise, it’s all on Lamar.
-
Unless Lamar has a contract year for the ages, Bengals comfortably win. I’m still laughing at Marlon Humphrey trying to chase Chase last year.
-
Yeah, I’d agree cause I really don’t trust Hurts yet, but Dak was such a clownshow in the playoff game last year that I just couldn’t do it on principle.
-
He’s playing for his next contract though, I expect him to have a good year. Won’t be good enough though, Bengals have their number now. Even though beat-up, Ravens were competitive last year in their games except when they played Cincy. The first of those 2 humiliations was also in Week 7, before the sky fell in for them.

BTW he has not passed yet, more prayers to Len. -
Sounds very much like Bonamassa. Great guitar player, horrible front man.

Don’t know about no playoffs, but I can see the Vikings and 49ers winning their divisions if things fall into place for them. Bucs though, I think the Saints are their only possible competition but with a scrub HC… then again, Todd Bowles isn’t exactly proven either.
-
Rams may have won the SB last year, but they were seeded #4 in the NFC playoffs. They went on to beat the #4 seed from the AFC. I give them props for getting rings, but I was not impressed by them at all. 49ers should’ve beaten them in the NFC Championship game last year, and I think they will finish ahead of them this year.

I know they had a lot of injuries, but the Bengals just beat the living crap out of them last year & they should be even better… plus I’m not a Lamar basher, but I would take Joe Cool over him every time.

Nothing better than games where 2 good teams really hate each other, and nobody hated each other back then more than the Raiders and the Chiefs. -
You know it's pointless to argue with a master strategist, how can you possibly win?

Hank Stram, another great Boilermaker. -
Trade Crowder to the Giants, they could use a slot WR and he's used to playing in that stadium. Draft pick would be great to get his salary off the books, but I would even throw Sherlock a bone and take Sills V.

Cheers to Len from QB U, a class act from back when the Chiefs did indeed have some class.

Primetime thinks he’s too good for the Hall of Fame

I agree with him that it’s become watered down. I watched this year’s induction ceremony though for what I considered to be a weak class, and was so impressed with the overall presentation. They did such a great job showing each man’s story/highlights/etc. that when it was over, I thought they all belonged. -
Love it if he gets something for Crowder.
