  1. 2005, I was much more optimistic that year than 2004. 2003 was a disaster. In 2005, they were coming off a great run where they should’ve been in the playoffs, and Brain Dead Drew was finally gone. Unfortunately, the JP-era didn’t go as planned.
  2. No doubt it will make money. How did the last one do? I remember X-men Days Of Future Past came out at the same time. I’m more of a Godzilla fan than an X-men fan, but DOFP blew it away and I think it did better.
  3. I saw a longer trailer before Endgame. Looks better than the last one, but Godzilla’s not right, his head is too small. Also, Rocketman opens the same day, too early to tell but that may get the word-of-mouth advantage and make more money.
  4. Could be, but I watched it twice & the next time I saw Arya after "Not today" with Melisande was when she was flying thru the air at the NK. My take is that Jon didn't get the job done at all (again) and Arya saved the world.
  5. I guess Duke or McKenzie, but I'd rather see someone better that's not here yet.
  6. Just had a chance to watch this last episode again, I thought they hit out of the ballpark. Again, my only complaint is the terrible compression from HBO’s broadcast, especially in the sky in the beginning. The build-up to the end of the NK was spectacular, wow! I’m perfectly fine with the number of deaths, though I will definitely miss Jorah and yes Melissandre. 10/10.
  7. I don't remember the tape delay part, but I do remember not being able to see this game & Magic's legendary performance because it just wasn't on TV.
  8. Bran already knew what was going to happen, he was just killing time waiting for the NK to show up.
  9. I hated to see Jorah go, didn’t care at all about Reek though.
  10. I loved it when Davos was watching her in action, “Holy *****!”
  11. “What do we say to the God of Death”? ”Not today.”
  12. It was just too dark to overcome HBO’s terrible picture quality as broadcast. The 4K UHD will be much better.
  13. She needs to be the last one standing, Jon Snow just isn’t worthy.
  14. I would say Endgame’s final fight was definitely more overall epic, but the end of the Night King blew it away. What an incredible visual, I replayed that scene about 10x.
  15. Anyone think that Dany may try to kill Jon Snow now? Can't wait for tonight! Last show was just GREAT, I just loved seeing all those characters together before the end & STRONGLY disagree that it was bad television.
  16. I just saw Endgame again with a more open mind and a little better understanding of some of the things that happened during this first 2 hours. Loved it all this time, it’s right up there at the top of the MCU.
  17. One thing that is undoubtedly true: Josh Rosen has been vastly devalued from where he was a year ago. 30 other teams could’ve made a better offer than a end of the round #2 for him, but they didn’t. 3 teams preferred to spend more capital on Jones, Haskins, and Lock. Whether or not it’s his fault, it is what it is. I wanted Beane to trade up to the Giants for him, thank God that didn’t happen.
  18. No doubt. I can’t see Allen getting dumped for the 62nd pick in the draft. Bills got the 65th pick for TT and didn’t have to throw in a future 5th.
