  1. Gotta be true, it's in the WaPo. I actually did try the new Popeye's sandwich for lunch the other day. It was OK, I would eat it again, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.
  2. I see by looking at the upcoming events part of the 1st page that he turns 81 today. Yeah, he may have outstayed his welcome a little bit on the national stage, but I enjoyed him doing color on games AND he's a great ex-Bill, HB!
  3. I thought Clip Smith was hilarious.
  4. Pats, that’s all I’ve got. No guarantee that they wouldn’t get swept in a home & home series with one of the other teams, but I sure wouldn’t bet on it.
  5. For it’s 20th Anniversary, the 1st one is getting a 1-week run at the Dolby Cinema theater near me starting Labor Day weekend. I will definitely check that out, not sure about seeing #4.
  6. Howdy Doody Esch can not be pleased.
  7. Yeah, Chick-fil-A is hard to beat for fast food. As for food poisoning, I would never, ever eat at a Chipotle. I walked into one once before all the recent bad press, the smell of cilantro made me want to hurl. If I had to, I would gladly eat Taco Bell first.
  8. Andy Reid winning a Super Bowl.
  9. Big Brother, Survivor, and The Amazing Race.
  10. Nothing more annoying than if you are sitting in aisle seats and your view of the stage is interrupted by people going up & down the aisle all night. I also hate being in the 1st row of an upper level at an arena or stadium show with a far drop below, and having to get up to let people walk past me. I steer very far away from these seats.
  11. I thought Tex Watson was a competent murderer, but now I'm not so sure.
  12. Yep. I’d trade Zack Martin to the Bills for a couple Day 3 picks.
  13. I don’t think QT is losing any sleep worrying about what Kareem thinks.
  14. Shaky Town Love Running On Empty, one of my all-time fav LPs. Some of the earlier stuff is good too, but that’s the only one I would ever listen to.
  15. Frozen may be at the bottom, but it did make a ton of $ for him. I would say: 1. Pulp F 2. KB1 3. Jackie Brown 4. KB2 5. R Dogs 6. OUATIH 7. Django U 8. IB 9. H8
  16. Django’s a blast, but I like the subject matter of OUATIH a whole lot more.
  17. I watched a QT marathon at home the week leading up to this (skipping Death Proof). It was the first time after one-and-done theater viewings that I saw IB & Hateful 8, and yeah, they were both better than I remembered. I'd put OUATIH above them & Django, but below his run from Reservoir Dogs thru the Kill Bills.
  18. I've seen it 3x now. The 1st time I was a little disappointed cause I expected more Charlie & I didn't expect the ending, but now I love it. Yeah it's slow but I find it to be very rewatchable, so many great scenes and great acting, especially Brad Pitt and most especially Leo. "Those f'n hippies!" YMMV, very polarizing.
  19. Lil Antoine at #33 ahead of Nate Clements at #45 is just wrong... but nothing is as ridiculous as Jason Peters at #72 behind John "The Turnstile" Fina at #62.
  20. Pulp Fiction. Once Upon A Time In Hollywood is awesome too.
  21. "You're fugly."
  22. I missed that when I made my picks, so I will say Rock And Roll High School.
  23. I'm really thinking Bobby Johnson. So far, so good.
  24. 2001 Lawrence Of Arabia A Clockwork Orange
