  1. Playing like a stud? Are you kidding me? The guy hurts a quarterback and gets A sack/ fumble and you're anointing him the second coming of Cornelius Bennett. Give me a break. The guy has done nothing yet. Calm down people. all he has done is flash a little potential.
  2. Helu would look good in a Bills uni. He's had an impressive season.
  3. Bowers from Clemson. Maybe the best pass rusher of this group. The question becomes- what do we need more, a run stuffer or a pass rusher? Or is there a combo guy?
  4. EUGENE KOWALSKI! POW! ZING! Home run!
  5. You had a great post going until the last line which is idiotic. No contract says "7-9 or you are history". When a head coach signs say a five year deal at a million per, all he knows for sure is that he will receive 5 million, even if they fire him after one year.(Unless of course he breached a clause such as morality or embarassing the club off the field) The reason for this is that these men have reached the pinnacle of their profession and put in about 70 hrs a week during the season and have crappy job security.
  6. The dreaded 'inside source'.
  7. Plus these people making these decisions could very well be gone after this season.
  8. Being a Bills fan means I've come to expect this sh*t. The play that had me punching walls and throwing laundry was when Roethlisberger ran for a first down on third and 18. That was as pissed off as I've been all year. So the weekend wasn't a total loss.
  9. I was expecting a 2 game suspension. What a joke. And Harrison's fine was justified. The guy doesn't know how to not lead with his head down. Keep fining him until he learns.
  10. +1 While Solomon was pretty bad yesterday with his "analysis", I cannot listen to even one word that Theisman says. The pre-season game between Washington and Buffalo this year was the single worst announcing performance in the history of sports.
  11. Stevie obviously felt god let him down and rightfully so. He's always tweeting his praises.
  12. +1My son said how did this happen? That was my response.
  13. He went from being the Joker to a joker
  14. Bowers is intriquing and could be the pick. The offense is scoring. The D still smells. I agree with the poster, best front 7 available. I pretty say this every year.
  15. Time to give up on Maybin, dude. The coaching staff has.
  16. Ha Ha Yes! And my avatar is gone and nothings gonna bring it back. it's gone.
  17. Catching a 50 yarder early in the game is a good way to get a defenses attention. I'm sure they start to double him after that. No doubt Fitz is comfortable throwing to Stevie but that should not be a knock on Evans who I feel is a good route runner, very fast and with good hands. For whatever reason he has not been a feature receiver since the hallowed Losman years.
  18. I didn't know that either. I also thought we were getting killed when Kelly left the game. Wow. But like another poster said, our defense was hopeless that day.
  19. Where's Spiller? LOL Torell Troup
  20. A turdburglar? LOL! I also like the Geico commercial where the therapist calls his patient a jackwagon.
  21. These comments started in another post. But it kind of startled me to hear. I had already left Buffalo by 1986. What I remember was a freakin,' party when we brought Kelly in. After so much losing, it seemed that there was a tremendous amount of patience with him, knowing that the rest of the team was bad. Once he got it rolling, the occasional stinker was tolerated. I remember one game in particular. Three horrible interceptions in the first 3 possessions against the Bengals. I believe he ended that game with 5 TD passes. Inasmuch as there was no Stadium Wall back then, I'd like to know. Were people really calling for his benching? The greatest QB in franchise history? Or is this just some poster's delusion?
