Anyone who thinks that George Edwards has a clue, doesn't. There is no game plan for opponents. He does the same thing week after week. He never puts eight in the box to force teams to pass. The LB's are always well off the line of scrimmage. He'll never send seven on the pass rush. I mean NEVER. You have to mix it up in this league. He won't take chances to force a big play. One interception from a team that had 29 last year? And you think that's all on the players? C'mon. The fastest way to improve this team in the offseason and I 'll say it everyday.is bring in a quality def. coordinator (John Fox is my boy). If we don't, we can look forward to a bottom 3 defense again next year.

Sunday afternoon at 5:40. Watching yet another heartbreaking defeat. This team had to do like 10 different things to lose. Eleven seasons of trashy football. When the O plays well, the defense doesn't and vice versa. I am seriously beginning to believe that we are cursed. Someone angered the football gods along the way. I know we need a new def. coordinator; someone who has a blitz in his playbook. More importantly, do we need to add a shaman, imam,priest or exorcist to the coaching staff? Weigh in on this one.

We saw Fitz put the ball into Evans in double coverage with maybe one inch to spare. The man is fearless. He is the Anti-Edwards. Yay!

Just as you cannot rush to conclusions after the great game last week, you cannot do the same if they are mediocre this week. KC is a tough place to play. The opportunities for our offense are rather limited because our D gives up so many first downs and rarely gets a turnover. What you hope to see is some consistency and 20-24 pts from the offense. Keep making progress. Would love to see Spiller bust one.

Good post. During the bye week, Chan appeared to make good progress with the offense in terms of setting up the blocking and reads AFTER the team comes to the line of scrimmage. Whenever they brought the safety up, it looked like Fitz checked to a slant or Evans and made them pay. By the way, in response to Ganesh's comment, I think we've been outscored 77-14 in the third quarter this year. How is that even possible? What are they doing at halftime? LSD?

To me, this play epitomizes exactly what being a Bills fan is all about. The guy makes one of the all time interceptions, a one-hander while being interfered with and it is negated because one foot happens to come down on the other player. Our kicker hits a 50 yarder on the last play to force overtime, we fumble on our first possession. Honey, where's the Pepto-bismol?
