There are times when I’ve worked on sites, that it’s easier to just stay late and work, after most everyone else leaves. But I’ve never done it when we are in a residential area.

What Kirby mentioned would be my plan. I can easily pay off a cheap PSL before next season, so it would not be a credit score hit. Just wondering how people might feel if I intentionally am buying seats knowing I'll drop them in 2-5 years, when there may be people that want to buy for 30 years that can't get in, if it sells out.

First time I was at Lincoln Financial for an Eagles game with the brother in laws, they were going to take the escalator up to their seats. I’m looking at the long as line just to get on it, and the empty ramp next to it, and just said I was going to take the ramp. It was an easy.

A debate I'm having with myself, and I want some honest input. We're now seeing the $1K PSL's. I turned down the club seats I was shown months ago because of cost, and being locked in for 30 years. Can't see myself going to games at 85 years old. But I would not have a problem getting a cheap PSL and upper deck tickets for the next 2-5 years, then just dropping them, knowing the Bills would take back the PSL, with nothing in return. Would that be bad of me?

Lot of the NFL stadiums built in the last 25-30 years are now being replaced because they are considered not fancy enough. I will not be surprised if the new stadium is either extensively remodeled or a new one built in 30 years.

I drove by SJF today and they were getting the tents and other stuff put up around the field.

It's going to be either a dry stadium or BYOB.

I'm always intrigued by the articles about moving to another country for retirement, but I don't know if I want to. The wife keeps mentioning the Maryland area because it would be warmer and still get four seasons. I said if she wants warmer, we could go to Arizona or New Mexico. She doesn't want that warmer though.
