    Paved trail, you're walking. But at least you're getting out and doing that many miles. No doubt you could do some easy trails with some elevation. Look for trails in the 2-3 mile range to start.

    That was probably one of the Hills stores that Ames bought. I remember they had small snack bars when you first walked in.

    Toledo was the only Wendy's restaurant I've worked at that had to put padlocks on the coolers inside the store because people were breaking and stealing food.

    I've picked up a TV station out of Florida back when I still lived with my parents, mid-90s before digital tv. They had a antenna on the roof. The station wasn't perfect clear but it was watchable.

    I remember Service Merchandise was a similar setup. They would have one display model on the floor. You'd fill out a slip, take it to the register to make your purchase, then wait for it to come out from the back on a conveyor belt at the pickup area.

    I worked at Ames in Pulaski when I was off from college. They bought Zayre's, and went into bankruptcy, then once they got out of that, bought Hills, and went into bankruptcy again. It's where I learned to use a numeric keypad, because back then they didn't have barcode/upc scanners, everything had a sku that needed to be keyed in on the registers.
