I watched it. It all came down to who knew others with big bank accounts, not who was the best apprentice. Regular Apprentice was so much better because it required skills and smarts.

Junior year I ran cross country and wasn't very good at it. I was usually back of the pack. I can only remember one race where I was not the last runner from my school to finish, I beat one of my teammates at the finish line. Senior year I instead became team manager for the cross country (boys and girls) teams and also the girls volleyball team. Because who doesn't want to hang out with a bunch of girls 4-5 days a week.

Went to Kansas a few years ago, it just happened that a trip there for work coincided with the race that weekend. It was my first, and to this day, only race. I recommend, if you can get them, prerace infield passes. We were able to go all over, even into the winners circle. Some people were writing their names on the start/finish line. Got to see the cars going through pre-race inspection. Sat about 1/3 of the way up, a little past the start/finish line, it was just high enough that you could see the whole track. Favorite driver, Matt Kenseth, I believe he's in the #42 now.

Finally watched it this weekend, pretty good. Won't win any Oscars, but worth watching for something different than the latest reboot of a classic.

Every time the Bills score a TD, the bottle spits out ketchup over the seats in that endzone. It'll be a whole new ketchup ceremony for the fans.
