  1. What exactly does this have to do with Nasty Nate and his penchant for melting under pressure?
  2. The poor kid melts under pressure. Not a good look for a Franchise QB or even a long term servicable backup QB.
  3. Drafting a QB every year like the Jets do is a sure fire process to get a "Franchise QB"
  4. Thanks Mom. I'm rooting for the best QB whoever that is. I really don't care which one it is. Just win.
  5. I'm willing to write him off for this AND in the playoff game in 4 plays he got a first down, fumbled, had a penalty called on him,and then threw a pick. Sure it was a tough situation, but if he's really our 2nd string QB, he needs to produce when called on. If he can't, we can't afford to wait for him to grow up when we got games to win. I kindof put most of the blame for this on Coach McDermott. You GOTTA have a backup QB that can actually play. Nick Foles ... If the Eagles had Nasty Nate as their backup they probably would not have even made the playoffs. "The most important position is QB. The second most important position is back up QB." -- HOF Joe Gibbs As I recall, he looked really good in shorts last year too.
  6. We're going to have a stingy opportunistic D. O isn't going to need to score that many points. Protect the football. Kick FGs. That's the process. No matter who is under center this year.
  7. Exactly. I wonder if AJ wants to beat Cincinnati in playoffs?
  8. I have no idea what JA can or will do. He's a total empty canvas at this point IMHO. I Hope he does well and this wasn't a HUGE mistake. Time will tell. That's all I have.
  9. It's been dark since the ST evening of January 7th IMHO.I I'll check in here frequently. Rewatch some of the wins from last year I TIVOed. Do summer stuff.
  10. I know you (and mAny many many other TBDers) are a big pAssing yards say person. Let me introduce you to another stat that has even more impact on winning or losing. it's called turnover differential. In fact, the team that wins that Stat wins at least 2/3 of the time. Bills were 9th even with Nasty Nate's 6 picks and Joe Webb's 2. ThIS STAT is controlled by how often your D takes the football away (ours was good at it) AND a QB and offense that doesn't turn the football over (ours was good at that too).. Throwing only 4 picks in 14 games and not fumblingcontributes MIGHTILY to that stat. I know yall want a QB that throws it around the yard and that's all cool. But if throws too many to the other team, which a lot of QBs do, then it's all for naught.
  11. My fun idea is WIN. Winning is fun.
  12. Why couldn't they just put a wrapper on them like Rex put on his truck? then peel 'em off the next week?
  13. Would have been nice. I really wish we had called the Kyle Williams play on the goal line instead of that ridiculous RPO or whatever it was.
  14. I fully expect to be at a Bills home playoff game this year. If it's against Hotrod and the Clowns, oh well that works. How the playoffs works is one thing Hotrod understands. No Bills QB could figure it out for 17 years, but he did
  15. If we use the Hill Parcell's definition of POTENTIAL (you ain't done within' yet), we have had it many times.I EJ, Tuel, and THADDEUS MAXIMUS for example. JP and Trent is another ...
  16. Trump is the Hotrod of PPP.
  17. yes You didn't like Casino? Doesn't mean it's not good. Just means you don't like it. I do. To eAch his own.
  18. I thought Casino was really good and that was 1995, so I disagree.
  19. I don't care who wins it as long as they're good and we win a lot of games.
  20. who cares if we won or not? It's if you threw for 300 yards is what counts.
  21. it's practice. When practicing, it's good to work on things you're not good at. This whole bit of sportswriters tweeting out results of eAch pass is over the top IMHO. Let the guys work. Well see what they hAve come September
  22. Sound like some weasel words here. "Josh Allen is going to continue to get reps with the third unit, but we’ll mix him in with the starters" does this mean he will actually be running plays with the starting offense, or they will put a few starters in with the 3rd stringers? the process is mysterious at times.
