  1. I kind of disagree with this. Some guy named Brady has the kind of WRs his offense uses effectively. We often think of good WRs a being the the tall lanky, fast dudes al a Julio Jones, AJ Green, etc. Their offense doesn t throw fades and back shoulders or jump balls etc. instead they hit short fast guys on the run. They also do a lot of picks plays. And they have the Gronk. They have the kind of WRs that work for their offense. They're not conventional, but they're still good, just different IMHO.
  2. This is exactly what's gong on. Trump is the biggest best troll ever. Really good. And his opponents fall all over themselves falling for it. It makes for great entertainment IMHO.
  3. i realize that. You don't have to call me a knucklehead though. poor wording. I meant that's how they came to the attention of police and were indeed deported. This is one of the things people are griping about now that they didn't care about a few years ago was my point. My point was really about hypocrisy. In my state, our governor who I Suspect will run for prez next time "found out" that police in the stAte were notifying ICE when they picked up someone they suspected as not being a citizen. He was livid an ordered it stopped. First off, how did he not know this? I knew it was going on. It had been going on for years. Which brings me to another bit of disingenuous and hypocrisy. Politicians love to say "we are a nation of laws. We must hold them accountable." They love to say this about Hillary or Trump. Unless it's a law they don't like or can make political hay from. Then play it up until after the election. It's an issue that may never get solved much less addressed. It's a great campaign issue for both sides. And their donors don't want to do anything about it. It's cheap lsbor. America was built on cheap labor. Follow the money.
  4. Hey, my only point on the mention of the tail light crap was to say that many were deported for minor offenses. Do you think that's not true? A internet search turns up many articles about it. For example: https://www.themarshallproject.org/2016/09/26/who-is-ice-deporting Even CNN says so (from 2014): https://www.cnn.com/2014/04/08/opinion/kohn-immigration-deportations/index.html
  5. 1/2 of Hotrods picks last year bounced off of Clays hands. He needs to do a better job catching the football when it hits him in the hands this year.
  6. the top one looks like a staged action shot for a Nike ad.
  7. Like who for example? pass was high. He's gonna get somebody killed with passes like that
  8. Meanwhile we stack up a few Ls? No way. If he IS ready and clearly better, then you go with him. NOT on a oh well, aw shucks, wing and a prayer. That goes for all 3 qbs.
  9. No. No one cared when it was Bush either. Although many Bushes and Bush cronies are complaining now. Stop looking for something to make false claims about and put on your listening ears. I voted for Barack for cryin' out loud.
  10. Barack, but that not my point. Sorry if I did not state it very well. I just find it a little disingenuous and hypocritical that people are so upset about this breaking families up business. Since 2000, the USA has deported over 5,000,000 people. Some for being pulled over for a burned out tail light. How many families were broken up in the process? I think a safe guess would be millions. Yet during this whole time, nary a peep from anybody about that. Those detention centers didn't just spring up over night. I do not intend this as a BO screed, just an all presidents this century and their sheep screed.
  11. Follow the money. Private prison industry is making a lot of money off this. One question I have not heard asked or answered in this. I've heard 1,000,000 times that 2000 children have been taken from their parents and put in cages. Not good. Ok, how many children were in these holding centers the day BEFORE this all starteD? How many children went through this system in 2015? I know 3000,000 were deported that year. Were any families broken up in the process?
  12. It is for me too. QB roster spots are valuable and in short supply. Why take it up with a guy that if you baby sit him for another 2 years might maybe turn into a "serviceable backup" whatever that is? I'd rather find someone else to give a chance. I'd bring in Vernon Adams Jr. over him for one. Based on his last 4 plays in his last appearance as a Bill, one first down, one fumble. one penalty called on him, and one pick, he hasn't forgotten yet.
  13. have there been 49 since Tommy was drafted? We're due.
  14. anyone remember another Bills QB that somebody didn't lo o for?
  15. or Tejano played with culturally appropriated accordians. They were originally brought over by German settlers.
  16. he did, and he played songs from it too. music is the universal language. It belongs to no one particular group or other. It's often how it changes and and progresses. Taking parts from different places and putting it together. Only Hispanics being able to play Tejano or only blacks can do rap or blues or only whites can do C&W would be a HUGE step backwards IMHO. But it often seems that's where we're headed.
  17. Did Melissa Etheridge do cultural appropriations on her latest album? http://www.concordmusicgroup.com/news/melissa-etheridge-delivers-soul-deep-stax-tribute-on-new-album-memphis-rock-and-soul/ I saw her when she caMe to town with this tour. Really good. Trying to remember but I think almost all of the musicians were not black. Then I saw Paul Simon. He did a cool version of 50 Ways with the chorus being funky. It was cool. The reviewer in the paper referred to it as "white boy funk". He had a black bass player and a guitar player from Kenya. There has to be some appropriating there somewhere. But really, Whitey been coming after the music since at least the very early 1900s.
  18. He did have the worst half of any QB in history since the NFL/AFL merger.
  19. You seem to think you're a pretty good reddogblitz mind reader. So far you're 0 for 2.
  20. I'm not a Bills fan because of my Dad, that's because of my wife. But I am a football fan because of my Dad. he sold the Cowboys printing in 1960 by cold calling them.He kept the account til he retired in 1987. He got us a job selling programs at the games. We were Huge fans til JJ ruined it. He died in 1995 and I.still miss him a lot. Then in 1995 I met my future wife who was a big Bills fan. I watched games with her and decided I can root for these guys. Officially became a Bills fan in 1996. SO, yes and no.
  21. I'm going to wait til I see them all play in pads against other teams as opposed to what sportswriters (who don't know any more about football than we do) looking for clicks have to say about what they do is in shorts and red jerseys.
  22. says who? I want EVERY BILL to succeed and win. But I'm not gonna make excuses for them.
