  1. or it will get louder. It all depends on Mr. Jones. This of course assumes he makes the team. Nice. Any videos of the band online?
  2. We don't need no stinkin' chearleaders. Glad we don't have 'em.
  3. You're tough. AJ has yet to take a snap as a Bi!l and already he is classified as a "bad Bills QB". Ouch.
  4. I was at the Chuck Knox Ring of Honor ceremony in Seattle in 2005. I wonder if there are any other coaches on multiple ring of honors?
  5. if RJ hadn't fumbled the football out of the back of the EZ for a safety, that forward lateral "TD," would still not given them enough points to win. After the resulting free kick giving them excellent field position and motivation, they scored their only TD of the game. Flutie starts that game we win going away. The other one I didn't like was dumping Fred when we did.
  6. 1998 - Flutie and a really good D and supporting cast. 2 games in particular i remember. Game 4 vs 49ers. Bills came in 0-3. Looked like a blood bath waiting to happen. On the way to game, wife and her cousin are discussing where to meet up if we get way behind. I would hAve none of that. Rob Johnson and the Bills jumped on 'em getting ahead 20 zip at the half. Steve Young got hot in garbage time but Bills hang on 26-21. Game 16 at Saints - we wanted to go to a Flutie game. I got tickets to final game. But wouldn't you know it, the Bills had our spot locked in so Flutie didn't play. It was fun watching Mike Ditka patrolling thE Saints sidelines. Bills whooped up.
  7. I remember perfectly well what good football looks like. I grew up in Dallas and was a HUGE Cowboys fan during the entire Tom Landry era until Smiley bought the team and trashed it out. I would argue that it was even BETTER football than you remember. 5 conference championships. 2 SB wins. 20 straight winning seasons. 3 straight franchise QBs. The drought taUght me how hard it is to do that stuff. Also it doesn't happen over night. Last season was finally when we made a GIANT step forward. I'm excited to see what this year brings. No re-energizing needed thank you very much. To each his own. Go BILLS !!
  8. Maybe if we make the playoffs AGAIN this year it will be in a #34 approved manner. Go BILLS !!
  9. i fail to understand this !o gic. ThE team missed the playoffs SEVENTEEN years in a row. Won 5 out of last 7. Made the playoffs and lose by a TD. And you can't get excited about that? You need to be re-,energized? A lot of glass half emptiers it seems.
  10. Only on TBD would a fan base need "re-energizing" after getting to the playoffs for the first time in 18 years.
  11. I'm old enough to remember when guys didn't want to say anything like that to provide the other team "bulletin board material" .
  12. Ask Flutie about it. From Spygate:
  13. He sucks because he cheats.
  14. Do you sit in the Van Miller section?
  15. I voted Fred, but Willis and Antowain were very close.
  16. And if he don't, he shouldn't.
  17. I hope we sign him. I already have a jersey. It's Ducks, but that's ok.
  18. I love it. I saw it years ago. Love the part "it was fooooooorward pass" (IT WAS). At my house whenever they show a replay of it we say "it was fooooooorward pass" Very creative. Give the guy credit. For those complaining, I trust you will be posting up your video soon.
  19. Hand the reigns to Allen if/when he earns them. If AJ plays well keep him. You have to have a good backup. Earl Moral, Jeff Hoztettler, Frank ... No SBs for them if they had Nasty Nate or Fitz as backup.
  20. I'm down with whichever one can get me to the playoffs for the first time in 18 years would you prefer losing and sitting on an 18 year and counting drought?
  21. not confusing. Hotrod was the best we had the whole time he was here and it wasn't ever close.
