  1. 3 are being airlifted to hospitals. Differing reports about the number of people involved. Some students are claiming 2 students were involved, the police are saying they have the lone gunman in custody. A student said the other person involved is "hiding in the school." Hopefully everyone survives and those responsible are brought to justice.
  2. I think Owusu's career is already over with his concussion problems. Sorry, but I wouldn't even extend him an offer to enter camp for fear of getting sued when he can't remember his name... Sometimes the body says no...
  3. In terms of our 1st this year, I think it has to be BPA. I am uncertain at this point if there is a true need guy worthy of the 10th pick. If that is how Buddy and Chan feel as well, then it has to be BPA. Hopefully that dude really is good, unlike Whitner or Maybin or Mike Williams or James Hardy or...
  4. I actually don't care if its him, as long as its a big (6-4) fast (4.4) guy that can catch about 1/2 to 3/4 of the time. They'll learn to catch more consistently...you can't teach speed...Just as Stevie Johnson...
  5. I would only cut Spencer Johnson. I just don't see it with him. The other guys I want around, yes even Kelsay. He is overpaid, but he is solid against the Run and is better in a 4-3 than 3-4.
  6. Let's not forget about Donald Jones!!!!! BOOM!!!!!
  7. So, this must be James Hardy...
  8. I feel like this is sarcasm...
  9. Thanks for the tip on the gift card. I just contacted the spa.
  10. The long version is that she went to her gym for a quick treadmill session and left her purse and coat in an unlocked locker thinking that 20 minutes wouldn't hurt anything. Her credit cards, iphone and a $100 gift card to a really nice spa that I had given her were stolen. Live and learn, I guess... She called the police and filed a report immediately, and another girl had a north face jacket stolen during the same time frame. My girlfriend had turned the phone off herself prior to it being stolen. She is pretty busted up about it because it's absolutely her own fault. (I tried to not say that when I was consoling her last night...)
  11. She did immediately file a police report. I think she is unaware of the "wipe" and I don't have a way of getting in touch with her at the moment. She is going into Verizon tomorrow, so maybe they'll suggest that... I am just hopeful, but I know its a long shot... Thanks for any info anyone has. We/I appreciate it.
  12. My girlfriend had her iPhone stolen right out of her purse tonight. Its a longer story than that, but I'll spare you all the details. Is there any chance she'll ever see it again? Is there any way that if it gets taken to a Verizon or Apple store that they would see the serial number or something? She had the service deactivated right away, so basically its just a piece of plastic, metal and computer chips because she keeps it with a password. Thanks.
  13. Well, hopefully they'll be around to spend money this offseason. Especially with the slotted draft picks due to the rookie wage scale. Seems to me resigning our guys and bringing a few from some other teams should be the obvious game plan. But, I'm not sure we'll do any of it.
  14. Based on the things that Steve has said and the things that the Bills have said, I think that Stevie knows his best chance for continued success is with the Bills. His style of play is not conducive to all offenses. He runs unique routes and plays the game differently and outside of the box than most conventional NFL WRs. It works in Chan's offense with Fitz throwing the ball. Does it work in SF with Alex Smith throwing the ball? I don't know, but I wouldn't want to take that chance if I were a player like him. He is not fast, he not really that quick. He gets open because he run routes like a small forward trying to shake a defender to set up a pick off a base-line curl.
  15. For those in this thread that are focusing on Stevie's drop against the Jets...Go Away. This was not a thread created to bash Stevie and drive him out of town. There are other threads or twitter for that nonsense. The point of this thread was to say that Stevie is a guy Buffalo needs to keep and here is proof that he is an upper-echelon WR in the NFL. Hell, even Wes Welker drops big time potential game-winning passes. I don't think anyone in NE is trying to fire Welker. Can you all be happy with something for once?? I know, I know, "I won't be happy till the Bills get back to the playoffs, and having a guy like Stevie Johnson who drops passes is not going to help us get there!" I want Stevie in Buffalo, and in my eyes he has proven 2 things...1. He is a top flight WR in the NFL...2 He needs to be just a little more consistent in order to be talked about in the same sentence as Calvin Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald.
  16. Reed will get in. I think he has every right to be frustrated. Wouldn't you be frustrated if you had 941 NFL catches after playing your college ball at Kutztown State? Ya might be...Ya just might be...

  18. I almost vomited when I read this. I just don't understand the sick and twisted. Maybe thats why they are sick and twisted...
  19. Cynical: It looks like a prison.
  20. I thought it was a good movie. I really thought the evolution of the main character was interesting and accurate. Did not realize the budget was so small compared to other films. I liked it. I didn't love it.
  21. Maybe, Fitz and Lin decided to go to Harvard because they were unsure if their athletic talent would make them millionaires, but their Harvard Education would have a chance at it...Both probably thought that if the Athletics worked out then great, but if not I'm the sucker holding the Harvard Degree...
