  1. I would love to have gone better than 7-9 in Chan/Nix's first few seasons, but I am sure glad we are not playing the most boring and unwatchable football in the NFL anymore like we did under Jouron. That was the most pathletic display of NFL football ever. Sure, it worked 7 times a year but not because we were better than any of teams we beat, we won 7 times a year because the other teams didn't know they could play as piss poor as the Bills. I'll take Chan 100 time out of 100 when being compared to Jouron as the head coach.
  2. I've been to australia and seen several of their spiders. I went on a hike through the Daintree Rain Forest and saw some pretty crazy spiders and the Huntsmen spiders are so scared of people that they often die cowering in corners of ceilings in people's homes. Australia has some of the most exotic animals and insects in the world. Kangaroos are like deer over there. Just all over the place...Really cool place to visit.
  3. I would love Eddie Royal. He is a FA right? That would be a great move for Buffalo.
  4. Bye #11. We hardly knew thee... Don't let the door hurt...hit you on the way out. In all seriousness, we have kick and punt returners in Spiller and Rogers. Chan wants bigger WRs and I don't blame him. I really think we are going to draft Floyd if we can and put Fred, CJ and Nelson in the slot with Jones, Floyd, and Easley manning the outside with Stevie.
  5. I like your plans, but I am hoping for more of a Floyd at 10 and less of a Colston. I feel like he is a system guy.
  6. I really like the front loaded contracts as well. They will make restructuring easier down the road.
  7. Get 'er done Buddy! I've heard of him! Fitz Blows and we wasted $$$ on him and Stevie! Ralph is Cheap! I hate this team! Why'd we let Whitner go!
  8. I think they'll draft one. The more I read about Floyd from ND the more I hope its him at 10...
  9. HAHA! If you read this board regularly, then that is the truest statement in this thread...
  10. I say dump the BUM! Lol. I'm just kidding Captain. Be strong. It'll all work out, no matter what that means, everything will work out. Oh, and uh, maybe you should text your brother once in a while in addition to posting on the Wall...
  11. Mario has not been injured at all except for this past season. People come back from torn muscles all of the time. He is a dominant player and one that would receive trade offers of more than just 1 first round pick. I am not sure what flavored kool-aid you are drinking, but it has your football intuition acting all kinds of crazy.
  12. Why risk losing a guy who is young and getting better for a guy who is old and getting worse? I'd rather keep easley, jones and aiken... Position doesn't matter in terms of being a leader. Ray Lewis runs the Ravens...all postions, even tho he is a LB. We have leaders who can still perform at a high level. Ward would just be a Ochocino 2011 style on any team that signs him.
  13. Maddog, You are gonna keep 7 wideouts? So now you got 46 roster spots...
  14. Ok, so people said last year at this time that Cam could never be repeated, and that Luck was so far ahead of anyone else playing quaterback in this year's draft, but then Griffen comes along... I mean, I think the point of the OP was to point out that each year people find a prospect who is just so talented that their skill set will not be seen or matched for quite some time, but in reality we find someone each year to say that about.
  15. Yeah...This is dumb for a lot of reasons. Most of them Hindisght pointed out. Its nice to have fantasies, but Mario is not coming to Buffalo, and if he is Franchised and traded it will be for a heck of a lot more than a 4th. Peerless Price, in the same situation, returned a 1st roundner. Come on people, take of the Rose Colored Glasses...
  16. My dog passed away a year ago on march 4. I cried for like 3 days...I drove to buffalo to pick up my brother from college so he could see the little guy before he passed...i've never felt so much pain and sadness...in time it gets easier, but you never really move on. I'm sorry for your loss man. Its really hard to lose a good pet.
  17. Three students have now passed away. Tragic. As a teacher, this is just haunting, terrifying and upsetting. Those kids, regardless of anything else, did not deserve to get shot and killed. So sad...
  18. Thats just awful...Really really sad... My heart goes out to the family and community.
  19. Yup. The biggest advantage, for every team, is in the passing game.
  20. The Invention of Hugo Cabret is a fantastic book. Its nearly all pictures and won the Caldecott Medal. Its by Brian Selznick. Its wonderful. You all should read it. It will take you no more than a few hours to get through it because there is not much actual reading.
  21. 3 are being airlifted to hospitals. Differing reports about the number of people involved. Some students are claiming 2 students were involved, the police are saying they have the lone gunman in custody. A student said the other person involved is "hiding in the school." Hopefully everyone survives and those responsible are brought to justice.
  22. I think Owusu's career is already over with his concussion problems. Sorry, but I wouldn't even extend him an offer to enter camp for fear of getting sued when he can't remember his name... Sometimes the body says no...
  23. In terms of our 1st this year, I think it has to be BPA. I am uncertain at this point if there is a true need guy worthy of the 10th pick. If that is how Buddy and Chan feel as well, then it has to be BPA. Hopefully that dude really is good, unlike Whitner or Maybin or Mike Williams or James Hardy or...
