If I were coaching it, I would strive for long offensive possessions designed to keep 3rd and short situations. I would be in no hurry to snap the ball and I would expect to get touchdowns every drive and be very aggressive on 4th and 1 or less inside the Red Zone. On defense look for a lot of Scott and Searcy playing near the line of scrimmage. We need to have big bodies in the box that can cover. I would imagine to see lots of stunts from the defensive front. Look for Merriman to get a sack up the middle on a stunt. Also, I believe that you CAN blitz NE if you do it correctly. My thought is that we should try to send Morrison and Barnett on delayed blitzes. Give a "1 Mississippi" before keying on a hole in the pass protection and hit the QB. I'll take 1 "Roughing the Passer" Penalty because I think it would be worth it. Also, Byrd needs to get us an INT. I would look for this to come in the Red Zone. The field shrinks and he'll be able to dart from inside out and outside in to make a play. If we can get 7 scoring drives (TDs and FGs) we should be in a position to win. If we can win the TO battle we should win this game. We can score just as well as Brady and the Patriots. We just have to execute and play our game and make them play our tempo.

Brady and the Patriots have proven a few times that when the pocket collapses from the center and the pressure is coming up the middle they suck and lose. Heres to Kyle and Marcell getting a few sacks and a few fines from the Commish for BS late hits.

I was saying yesterday driving home from the game that Roscoe was most likely done in Buffalo. I have really been a huge fan of his and IMO all he has proven is what we already knew: He Can't Stay Healthy. Good bye. I'd rather have CJ return punts anyway.

I think if we get up on the raiders we should run a few trick plays with him so that Bellicheck stays up worrying about how we might use him against them instead of worrying about our other weapons. He is just as useful as a decoy, maybe more useful.

So in the last two and half years Fitz has had 22 starts for Buffalo and 24 appearances overall. I'd say we have a pretty good idea of what he offers and how he has improved since he has arrived. I think there is more than enough information on this guy to decide if he is worth locking up to a nice Starting QB Caliber contract. I have no problem with it. I want him here. I am sure Chan wants him here. I say do and do it now.

Im going with that abysmal game at the Ralph against the Browns when the final was a Brownies victory 9-6. I think Derek Anderson completed like 2 passes and won the game. I am pretty sure that was when my brother and I started yelling on every 1st and 10 for the Bills "PUNT! He's our BEST PLAYER!" Sad thing is, we were totally serious.

Every Bill that dressed played. I dont know how much, but they all played.

I think there is another thread going about this but I have been parking at ECC with my brother for a few years now. The walk to the stadium is about 5 minutes and its easy to get out of and back on the 90. If you turn right at the gas station on Abbot when the stadium is in front of you on the left ECC is down the road on the left, you'll see it.

You have to judge a QB on his play and his play only. If you are playing for a coach that has a horrible gameplan or a team with an awful defense and you lose but the QB went 22-29 for 308 yds 2TDs and 0 turnovers, is he a bum? The Colts were build around Peyton Manning and what he does well. The defense is built to play pass coverage and rush the QB because Peyton gives them the lead. The offense was built to his strengths over the course of his career. He and the Colts are in a different boat than most teams in the NFL. They had a luxury with Peyton and exploited it. They are in a very unique situation.

Love parking there. Wouldnt go anywhere else ever.
