Nfl sunday ticket; Who's signing up?
Pirate Angel replied to Clippers of Nfl's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I got custumer service to give me 10$ a month for 12 months off, then I spoke to the retention department and the gave me another 7$ a month off the Sunday Ticket package, I got the whole package last year down to 150$ for the year, they seem to be a little stingier this year.. -

Kinda like having a Boss that acts like a badass at work because they feel they can get away with it because they can fire you. -
Anything has to be better than last years recipe. 1. take last years RG and move him to RT 2. Sign a free agent guard to play center 3. Draft a center to play RG 4. Draft a LT to play LG 5. release player that was practicing LT all offseason realease him 1 week before season to allow injury prone and inexperianced player take over your most important position 6. have all said players but 1 get injured where your forced to signed street free agents and place them into the starting lineup.

would the chargers have let Drew Brees be traded within the AFC? Its not so much x's and the o's but the Jim's and the joes.

One writer thinks T.O. is washed up

He is still a very good reciever. Howver, he 36 years old and has created alot of controversy in this league, last year he was well behaved but he often played effortlessly. Nobody wants him so its a matter of do they need him. My guess is if and when somebody loses a #1 reciever in camp or preseason his # will be called. -
There is no doubt he belongs at guard in the NFL (as of right now anyway). He looks a little sloppy playing in space or the edge. Beign Physical in the run game is without question his strong point. Now in videos I have seen some glimpses of wood playing center, (now this is pure specualtion) but if Callaway shows that he is an improvement over Hartgarner Im thinking Wood will slide to center (his college postion) and Callaway will come in at RG. Im thinking the kid needs alot of polish first though.

young did almost nothing as a backup. Montana missed 2 years in 91 & 92 so technically it wasnt a backup job
-
in no particular order Billy Volek Frank Reich Jon Kitna Travaris Jackson Darryll Lamonica Earl Marral George Blanda Matt Cassal Doug Flutie
-
Gotta say Trent for both, he will be consistant in gettin another concussion and then be very inconsistant after that concussion. But he consistantly will need time to developt.

I think Kyle Williams is going to be a better nose tackle then peopleare giving him credit for. Hes a tuff guy that rarely gets knocked off the ball. 20 lbs is all that keeps him from weighing up where other nose tackles rank.
-
Im not seeing how we are really solid at safety. Byrd had a great rookie debut, he has a great nose for the ball and he got lucky a few times, he leaves very much to be desired in tackling and run support but he was a rookie and lets hope he improves. As for Wilson, Scott, and Whitner they have done little more than show they are average safeties. The success of our secondary will greatly depend on the new 3-4 defense creating pressure.

Worried when Bills are trying to sell me on Kelsay
Pirate Angel replied to offyourocker's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If Kelsay is not the obvious starter during the offseason, I dont see how keeping him on the roster with his big salary can be justified. Im going to say if he is clearly not the best player at that position he will not be on the roster come training camp. Now wether or not he has trade value or not Im not for sure -
sometimes I masterbate while thinking of Eva Mendez and i think, hey why cant the real thing happen?

F. Adams wants 4 mill a year
Pirate Angel replied to clearwater cadet's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We may not be as bad as we think at LT. Last year Langston Walker took the majority of the first team reps in the offseason, then our fabulous coaching staff and front office decided to cut him and name Bell the starter 1 week before the season. After half of the team went in IR, Jamon Meredith was signed off the Packers practice and was forced into the starting lineup in 3 weeks. IMO for a young man learning on the fly and with limited practice reps he held his own, yes he needed some work which is exactly what he has been given especially with Bell and Wang on the sidelines with injuries. He put on almost 15 pounds of muscle this offseason and from every report and video I have see he has been really busting his hump. Lets hope the unpreparedness, poor coaching, and injuries, where a the result of our poor line play and not the talent. -
Nfl sunday ticket; Who's signing up?
Pirate Angel replied to Clippers of Nfl's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Its the cheapest way to watch the game if you dont live in the area, last year I tried to cancel and got it for half price. Im sure im not lucky enough for this to happen again but its worth a shot. -
they mat have contacted him, just at this point in his career he might not have any desire to come to Buffalo. Cant say that I blame him.
-
Maybe this is why we are seeing clips of Wood playing center in practice, maybe gailey plans on putting him at his college postion and working Callaway in at RG at somepoint, then sliding hangartner to backup G/C
-
yes gailey was in the south (SEC) but I believe Lousville is a Big East team
-
Its all a conspiracy
-
Lets hope we dont have to read the name Chambers in our programs or on our jerseys this year.

ALL the QB's Mechanics look much improved
Pirate Angel replied to Lenigmusx's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Lets release Trent and Fitz then go get Troy Smith and have a real QB competition with Troy and Brohm while Levi mans the #3 role.
