  1. I’ve watched a number of Pats* games this week. They are a good team, no doubt. You don’t win 10 straight by accident. That said, this is a weak 11 win team. Drake Maye is good for a fumble and a few bad sacks a game. He sails passes too often. They remind me of the Texans a few years ago. They won their division and a play game against a not great browns team, then they ran into an actual elite team in Baltimore and got wrecked. I think this game is far more likely to be a convincing Bills win than anything else.
  2. I'm sure he is frustrated. He hasn't played much this year, but he's been awesome the last two years and has no playoffs to show for it. He gets hurt when they are 2-0 and come back and they are 3-8. His team could only win one game without him? I'd be pissed too. Its like going away for a week from work and the rest of the team hasn't done any of the work and the report is due tomorrow. Burrow is busting his ass to get back and its already too late. Meanwhile, the division sucks, and if they could do a little bit, they'd be in the playoffs
  3. Let’s go somewhere completely different? What do you want for Christmas?
  4. I thought he played extremely well. I've seen him play live twice now, and he's incredible. The biggest knock on him is availability, but he's one of the better throwers I've ever seen
  5. What’s wild is Burrow could have won this too. He had a great day save for two throws
  6. Oh please. They get to use him next year too. They probably overpaid, but people acting like the colts will never be successful because of that trade are overacting
  7. Yes it does Rivers isn’t coming back to be a backup to Brett Rypien. He will be starting Sunday
  8. Respectfully, how would you know that? I've seen 60 year olds that are in incredible shape. I find it very plausible that a former elite athlete has kept in damn good shape since retirement. He also essentially has endless assets compared to most of us. I'm sure he's eating well. Its not like hes going to be running a bunch of QB runs. His job is to hand the ball off and stand in the pocket. He's a HOF player and knows what to do. I think this will go better than people think I think it was Jaxson Dart that said he worked out with Rivers recently and he could still sling it. The colts aren't stupid. If Rivers showed up and they thought the couldn't do it, he wouldnt have been offered a contract
  9. Theres 4 games left in the season, Rivers isnt in this for the money. This is one last shot to do something you did for 30+ years of your life.
  10. Do you think every player that has worked out for every day of their entire life just suddenly stops when the retire? I'm quite sure he has been staying at least in shape
  11. We should probably check your closet
  12. I get why people are ripping on this, but it’s December, the Colts are in a wild card spot, and the guys available are extremely slim Sam Ehliger? Taylor Heinike? Tannehill said in November he was done, I doubt that changed a month later There isn’t a good option. Maybe Rivers provides enough stability that they win games with their running game and defense. I get it’s crazy, but who is available at this point that can be even remotely good for a few weeks?
  13. He’s on IR. He had an exercise band snap and break his orbital bone
  14. Josh looked different yesterday. He was awesome per usual, but he looked pissed off. I think he is about to go on an all time run that will be talked about here for generations
  15. McDermott is a coach I both love and hate.
